Rude & poor service at checkout. The Disable Parking Bay needs to be enforced immediately by management. Both bays are ALWAYS & permanently taken/parked with NO DISABLE BADGE! Please note SINGKEE MANAGEMENT - Disable Parking Bays are meant for Disable people and meant to be kept safe & available for them at all times. PLEASE ENFORCE THE LAW!

The only reason why I am giving them two stars is because of how quickly the package was shipped considering I paid £7.99 for postage. The contents were in a flimsy box that was way too big for the contents and almost no tape around it to support the contents. Order at your own risk.

Rubbish after-sales service. Goods arrived damaged and unusable because of poor packing and company failed to respond to a phone call or letter, so am having to resort to redress via my credit card. Would have given zero stars if TP gave this option. Won’t buy from them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick delivery, which has significantly improved. It seems they have updated their staffs, as the packaging was done with great professionalism—everything arrived undamaged, and the tofu was fresh. I must commend the individual responsible for the packing, as it was far superior to my previous experience with them. They also selected fresh taros and even included an extra piece for me :)

I was charged for a chiller box but all the items came in just a card box which was damp and wet! . Disappointed with packaging and feel cheated that I paid nearly £6 for a chiller box but got everything in damp wet cardboard boxes!

Great stuff. On time and all present and correct. 2nd time being a customer and i would order from them again. Thanks

Ordered before 5pm and dispatched the next day, delivered with 48hrs. Great price compared to others so all in all, I will be doing my orders/re-orders from here.

Saw the 1 and 2 star reviews, thought these were harsh especially with frozen/perishable products. I don't order these products online anywhere so not an issue.

Ordered chilled food. Delivery was next day which is good. But I paid £5.50 for an ice pack (in addition to the £7.99 delivery). And the tofu and dumplings which came in the pack were spoiled. I’m sad I had to throw away the food and because I wasted money

Found this shop while comparing the prices of some special food items, they had better prices than othe stores. Noticed the bad reviews before buying so took a risk and I am pleased with my order.

2 fresh items were out of stock, I got an email the next morning asking if I'd like something else but I don't view my emails, when I didn't reply they were refunded, which is fair as most people wold like the fast turnaround. Items were packaged fairly and frozen items were properly packes to survive the trip. 4.5/5

Used for the first time, over half of the delivery was missing. Had to chase up refund, but have so far only received part of it.

The main branch in Leeds has always been one of my favourite shops. A treasure trove of quality Asian foods and cookware. It’s usually busy and noisy but staff are helpful and the range of products is enormous. I recently tried their delivery service and to my amazement the goods came the same day even though I’d not requested an express device. The chilled foods were very well packed, the driver on time and very polite. I’ve rarely encountered a better delivery service than this. Very highly recommended!

Ordered through their website and delivered last week. Well packed specially the frozen items. My orders came in 2 boxes, one foe the frozen and the other for the dry items. The only downside was there is no confirmation email that you have ordered but can be checked on their website. I will definetely order again.

I bought a selection of bakery items online for delivery up to Scotland from Sing-Kee. Communication was great, delivery was fast and on time, mix of buns all arrived in good condition and all tasted wonderful. I would say prices were fair and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
