Tipsi Tray.
I received my Tipsi Tray in December 2024 and it has been in regular use since then. Initially I was pleased with it, but over time the polyurethane tray has become bowed, so that cups and glasses no longer sit flat but lean outwards from the centre. In my attempt to re-flatten the tray, it has cracked and is now unusable. Another problem is the fairly heavy handle's tendency to detach from the frame when it is put down on a table etc. Not great, but this I can live with.

The website says "top notch customer service". No it is not - I have had no reply to message or email requesting a replacement tray.

Apparently the product has a 2 year warranty.

I cannot recommend this product or the company.

No customer service, no product, no communication. It's been well over a month with nothing. It's like they don't even exist.

Never received the product and was mislead consistently about delivery date. My son ordered the double handed mug for my christmas present (December 2022). Chased it persistently and was promised a refund. Robert Simpson (Founder and CEO) never did the refund.

Ordered and paid for a single handed tray in August 2022. I kept on getting misleading information regarding when I would receive it but to date nothing has arrived. I have emailed several times but never receive a reply.
I am now putting it down to a very bad experience and will definitely never use this company again.

Wish I'd read the review here before attempting to buy something from this company.
They don't answer emails or messages unless you really persist. They offer a refund when they haven't send the goods but then don't actually refund. Then later they ask if the goods have arrived!
Luckily I received a refund from the card company.

I spent more than 1000 euros in this company, and lost it all with no after-sales, technical or customer service at all.

Please refund.
