Complete disaster. Can absolutely not confirm the all positive reviews here.
Purchased premium account over three weeks ago (09/23/2021) and uploaded an album right after.
There were some queries and rejections because no one here knows anything about classical music. Then finally my album was approved, but no longer distributed and no one from the support responds to my questions, although they promise to answer within 12h.
In short, a waste of time, nerves and money!
Addendum:
With the release of the album, it finally worked out.
But guys, you still have a lot of potential to improve your service and keep your promises.
With the second album the problems started from the new, unbelievable. Even Distrokid is better.
These points are absolutely untrue and mendacious:
- Distribution within 48h
- 24 / 7 Live support

I payed for the premium service and now they decline all my releases, because they would are "too similar" and the stores wouldn't accept the songs. I uploaded them with another service and they accepted the songs directly, so its a lie that the stores don't accept them.

This looks like fraud, you pay for the service and have nothing, because they reject everything you upload.
