Ordered some interactive balls for my dogs. What arrived were totally unsuitable for dogs, they are so flimsy that the dogs could bite through the plastic and there were small bits that were easily detachable. Was also overcharged for the items and my emails are now bouncing back. Useless do not use

Ordered and nothing

I would give less than 1 if there was any lower option for rating... I placed my order on 30/11/2022. I am still waiting to receive it.And also a wrong tracking number given to me. Now they are saying i have to collect from collection point which meant to be deliver at my address...avoid this company😡😡

I wish there was a no star option. Over a month since they took my money and no parcel yet.

Scam , first overcharged me took wrong amount out of the bank and different amount to the invoice , also never received goods ordered for a Christmas gift , no contact details false phone number do not use

Order never turned up been waiting 8weeks it was a Xmas present have sent 6 messages not had a reply this is a scam don't use it

The product was totally different looking compare to what was on the website when i ordered , but they didn't accept my return saying that is what I ordered. Waste of money, i won't recommend.

When my parcel arrived the box was badly damaged and the battery compartment had two springs where there should have been one and none in another so it doesn't work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star. I received my order in a completely broken box. Have contacted customer service for returns address several times but not had a reply. A complete waste of money. The magnetic building set I ordered is also made out of cheap lightweight plastic. Website says you can return within 14 days but need to contact them for address.

Cheating company I have not had my order but they were quick enough to take my money I have sent a few messages no replies I have also reported it on trust pilot no response so warning everyone not to order from this company

Purchased a £20 item as a gift for a young child. The item was only wrapped in a plastic bag so arrived with a damaged box which was very disappointing. Upon inspecting the actual toy, I found exposed tiny magnets that I fear would pose a serious risk to any child if they became loose. I contacted the company, who do not advertise their return address, to be told that the item was correct, the return would be very expensive and they would only refund me £3 as compensation to keep it. Had to raise a claim with PayPal. After further research I have discovered the website was only set up in May 2022 and all company details are hidden.
