Great products.
Liked the packaging, my pipes and intakes were packaged good. The intake makes a crazy difference in sound, turbo is about 2-3 times louder paired along with my intake horn. Products also came with good instructions, clear and easy to follow.

The customer service was tremendous with this company I ordered a bunch of new parts and one came in for the wrong year. They literally had the correct one out to me the next day even before I sent the wrong one back.

Great quality parts
I received the part(s) as ordered within the estimated delivery date despite it being on backorder. The fuel filter was professional engineered and fabricated. I have yet to install it but looking forward to getting this installed so I can drive my truck worry free.

Still waiting on refund
Fast shipping. However, my truck took a crap before it arrived so I never took it out of the box and shipped it back immediately. That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the refund. Emailed them to ask them to please initiate a refund but nothing. Would appreciate it if you all could do that ASAP.

Good coolant filter kit
Good coolant filter kit. Instructions could be better so you don't have too make phone calls and wait for a response for clarification. Web site should also state that it might or might not work with aftermalet air filter kits. I have a S&B filter kit and I had to force the air box back in place because it was hitting against the bracket.
Update; I changed my review from 4 to 5 due to Sinisters communication.

Before ordering I called multiple shops for labor quote. Informed them of expected install week 12/15. I ordered on 12/2 and have not recieved the product yet...12/23. A couple of days after ordering I was informed to delivery location was not valid. Worked with agent to change to home address vs selected mechanic. At this point the product was out of stock and became a backorder. Also earlier this year I ordered a FICM, not showing on me history of purchases can this be fixed. Product sent to same home address....Jackson Ms 39213.
2026/01/08 - Thanks for the followup. The product is exactly what I wanted...hope to have it installed by the end of the month.

Great product. Only issue I had was the mounting bracket had to be modified some for the banks grid heater delete. Have to cut about 1/2” off of the back side by the intake if you have the banks intake and heater delete.

2014 Cummins 6.7 heater core plugged up.
The quality and detail of the coolant filter kit was excellent. I would recommend this kit to address debris removal that clogs the heater core causing no heat on the drivers side. Flushing the system with a quality cleaner and coolant replacement at the time of the filter kit install speeds up the coolant clean up and corrected my poor or no heat issue.

Never told me my order was on backorder
The website never told me that the part was on backorder, nor did I receive any email stating that. It took two weeks before I reached out, wondering where my part was, and that is when I found out it was on backorder. Finally, I received an email a week later saying that the order would be delayed another week. I would have liked to know that my order was on backorder to begin with.
