Ordered a cussword handcrafted/crocheted blanket. Was not the item described or pictured. Not crocheted. Just some material with words on it. I have contacted them for a full refund. Also have contacted my bank to report fraud.

About 6 weeks ago I paid for a man's ring on line and have not received it.

Using AI created pictures.
Products does not exists.
Contacted Sinjuly to get more information about this "Bat Skull Gothic Art Lamp" they are selling.
No answer.
You can clearly see that the pictures is created by AI. Just one picture. No angels.
No information about size. No information at all.

They sent me the wrong item and told me I could only get a 10% refund for their mistake. When I showed proof that they sent me the wrong item, they said they would give me a 20% refund and told me to have a nice life.

This is a scam website. They sell counterfeit versions of the items pictured. What I ordered vs what I received was like night and day in quality. It was complete and total garbage. They steal photos of other people's artwork and sell you the cheap knockoff version of it.

I received my skeleton in a jar broken, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt only for them to tell me if I wanted a replacement I would have to pay postage. Being international I said fair enough I'll pay the 17$ postage.
My second one then also turned up broken so I have again told them sent photos everything. I told them at this stage I would just like my money back. And they are telling me I would only get 5% back or they could try for a 3rd time.
And all I'm thinking is what the heck am I suppose to do if the 3rd one turns up broken.

Asked for refund and have been receiving emails from company containing lie after lie, thank god I always use PayPal.

Ordered something from this company, and it arrived completely destroyed due to not having been packed properly. Since I paid the extra for shipping insurance, I figured getting a refund wouldn't be an issue. They're currently trying to tell me they can only offer me a $10 refund, telling me to glue to product back together, when that is really just not an option due to the level of damage. Very disappointed and frustrated. It's no wonder they have such a low score om these sites.

Product was not as pictured or described. Arrived broken. Sinjuly initially offered a 5% refund. Clearly seeing where this was going, I filed a dispute with PayPal.

Scammer stealing images from the original artists and claiming the photos to be their own! Fake fake fake out of China!! Claims to be in USA it's a lie!

Horrendous experience. When your purchase a product you expect to get said product that you ordered. Both products had issues with both being incorrect and not what I ordered. The only solution provided to me was a discount for future purchases. However why would I want to purchase anything more from the company when they haven't even provided me with a product that is satisfactory. Extremely disappointed and disgusted. Would not recommend anyone to order from this company as it's poorly managed.

Ordered from here a couple of weeks ago received it today and there is a slight spelling mistake on the green jumper it's ment to say Slytherin but instead it says slythery. Beautiful design and colour just wish it was spelt correctly.
