Breach of guidelines
Great strategists!
I've been using sintra now for about a few weeks and I have definitely seen the growth in my social media following and engagement since delegating the posting schedule to my agents. The business insights and strategies suggested have been a game changer, as a creative I am not business minded, so this tool has been a great help. The only thing i find frustrating is that I can't organise the chats or not sure where some of the documents go after I have viewed them.
Good luck canceling
I toyed with the app 7 months ago, not giving it a real shot to be honest, I did notice that the resuts were not much different that using Chat GPT alone. but I've been trying to cancel my subsciption. First through my phone... nope, cant do that... for my security I have to go to my computer???. I look up and see Im on the FREE PLAN, figuring I'm all good. I get charged again next month. then go to my computer. Ask the Sintra elves how to cancel. The details were unclear at best. I couldnt find how to cancel. They asked me for proof of my plan and my request for cancellation (My chat with them is my proof... seriously. Meanwhile They charged me a total of 7 months. I took 30 minutes to get to the bottom of this. Now, I foud the hidden gem. Shame on me for accepting this, shame on them for the bull... I had to go through. I ended up paying over 700$ cad. I'm starting to see they took lessons from Mr. Trump.

I am only a couple of weeks in to using Sintra, but am finding it easy to use and extremely helpful, the helpers are amazing, showing me ways to grow my small business that I hadn't thought about. I can see huge potential for Sintra and my business as it grows for both social media and admin.

STAY AWAY! What has been a functional platform has gotten worse, and worse, and worse. In addition to those issues:
SEVERAL reviews here have mentioned the same new issue: they CHANGED to a credit system. I just spoke with support. The old system switched to a slower plan when you ran out of your unseeable credits, so you NEVER RAN OUT of service. Now suddenly, when you hit your credit limit you will prompted to PAY MORE or your out of luck until next month. I mentioned this to support, and explained that I did not sign up for this. They should NOT CHANGE the product I am paying for without making a refund possible. They replied with this: "Unfortunately, as per our refund policy, we’re unable to process refunds beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee period. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our customers.
"We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you, especially given what you originally expected from the platform.
If there’s anything we can do to assist you further or if you need help making the most of your purchase, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to help and would love the opportunity to improve your experience with Sintra.

It is understandable to make changes to services in a growing field, but it is horrible to make changes and refuse to own up to their issues, and refuse to even consider making things right.
In addition to that, the responses from the AI have been getting worse and worse. The previous function to search a past chat no longer works. And the chat history cannot be sized to show what the chat is about. So all history is currently useless without scrolling through and clicking on each one of the 2-3 words showing for the chat history.
I will admit, it is still mostly useable for new chats... It has been pretty good, but has been crashing more and more for me. It is at best currently UNRELIABLE in that department. I would consider very carefully their attitude toward switching things and not being accountable for that moving forward.

I really like the idea of Sintra but…
I really like the idea of Sintra but because I’m not tech savvy I ran out of my credit really quickly. I’d love for it to have some unlimited credits until I could establish everything and then perhaps have reduced credits if it affects pricing. Overall, I think the idea is great but I didn’t get very far.

Started off great, now I'm furious!
This is my 2nd year with Sintra.... it started off great. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing major. After paying for the entire 2nd year, a month or so later, they switched to a credit based system and never gave any of us a heads up. Instead of having unlimited access to use the helpers however I want, I now am given so many credits a month and when I run out, I have to wait for them to reset the following month, or pay for extra credits... I feel scammed. Probably won't be renewing again. They also keep making changes to the look and feel of the system that no one likes and they don't listen to our feedback. Run!!!!
Stay away from Sintra!
It started well. I paid for a year upfront. I was enjoying the service at first, but then half way through the year Sintra decides to change its services to a limited credit system. Which means that before I used to be able to create 30 posts per day and never run out of credits, whereas now I create 30 posts per month and I am out of credits. It's unacceptable that they made this change without any warning. I feel scammed as what I am getting now it is not what I paid for. Stay away from Sintra! I am sure there are better services out there. I will also be failing a claim under the consumer rights act.
Soshie Media Master of Disaster
Soshie is my social media manager and falls days/weeks behind on assignment and constantly says she needs to refer me to an expert for basic SMM. Never knows what, when or where to post even when given copy/paste instructions & used random photos so I have to spend hours correcting anything she does. She also post random post even when instructed to create a plan. I feel it has cost me months of stress & SMM. I started creating my own SMM because I can do better and get better engagement.
