Refund issues

I am trying to get a refund and sent an email earlier this week. No response. They don't have a number and I only have 14 days to initiate a refund. So if they don't contact me, how do I get a refund?

Bow bag great for nights

Just got the cutest bow bag for my anniversary dinner! The details are just amazing, and it's just the right size for evening events. It totally fits my phone, wallet, and makeup with some space left over. Even my husband noticed how nice it looked, and that says a lot!

Scam

Ordered a bag from them. Never got a tracking number or anything. Emails are fake including the support email they are telling reviewers to contact them with. Is there a real email to contact you at since the email in the response you gave my review is fake?

Siopie is a scam that uses two tracking numbers and fake emails addresses

I've bought two large travel bags in pink both costed me £75 on top of the order Siopie included a pair of earrings for free.

Siopie proceeded to send me a tracking number indicating that the information was sent to the courier. Few weeks passed and the status didn't changed. Since my order was not dispatched I emailed customer services and requested to cancel the order.
Immediately I received an email saying the email address doesn't exist. I complained to PayPal indicating that the seller is a scam.
Then the seller sent another tracking number and it seems everything was moving until it reaches my local courier, Evri, Evri delivered it and sent a picture of a small envelope passing through my letter box and the seller's courier confirmed the order was delivered through a letter box.

Well, the small envelope were the earrings, a pair of rusty and ugly earrings that were free but not a sign of any other parcel containing two large travel bags.

Because the PayPal case was still open. I requested cancellation of the two travel bags because according to original tracking number the seller hasn't dispatched the bags yet.

The seller refuses to cancel the order because the order was already delivered.

I escalate the case, I gave the two tracking numbers to PayPal.

I'm not too optimistic about this to be honest.

Siopie seems to sell a variety of stuff and is a scam. I'm still waiting for PayPal to reach a decision.

Please, avoid buying anything from Siopie.

FAKE, not what is looks like on the website

I ordered 2 articles, on the website it said it would take 5 days for me to receive my order, it actually took more than 10 days because it is shipped from China
The articles are not the one from the website, I've been trying to reach out for the customer service for a return, 0 response on their side
Moreover the quality of the material I received look cheap, with no brand
I don't recommend buying on their website, the reviews they put are all fake

Late order

I ordered clothes from Siopie at the end of January. I tried to reach the seller 10 times without any response, where the seller claimed that the clothes would be sent shortly. The clothes were never shipped, and I have received fake tracking numbers for the order I placed. The order still hasn't arrived, and now it's mid-March. Most likely a scam! Do not order from Siopie!!
