This is absolutely terrible

This is absolutely terrible, insipid stuff. Go with Gordon’s 0.0 if you want something approximating Gin. Felt quite queasy after the Sipsmith stuff - which is remarkable in itself as it has no discernible flavour. Ruined evening.

Despite many attempts to contact…

Despite many attempts to contact Sipsmith to redeem my tour vouchers I am yet to agree a date. The phone line is rarely manned. The emails are non response emails and the website takes you down a route aimed at sales and not booking a tour. Its all very frustrating. Please can someone from Sipsmith reach out to me via this website to assist me with my tour booking. Thank you.

Shockingly Bad..…

Shocking rip off. For my birthday thought I’d try the Waitrose selection of 0% fizz, white, red, rose as a taster with friends. I spotted the Sipsmith 0% Gin.

The Sipsmith is shockingly bad. It’s like water with a tiny bit of lemon. 5 of us tried it, neat and as a G&T. All agreed a flavoured tonic water would have been 100% better than this.

I’m appalled that I was charged £23 for badly flavoured ‘water’

Avoid!!!!

Flavourless muck.

Had a bottle of the non alcoholic gin bought for me as a birthday gift.
It doesnt smell like gin, doesnt tastle like gin in fact it tastes like a very slightly flavoured water.
Its awful to the extent that I had a small glass and ruined the ice cubes, my wife hated even a sip of the stuff.
Complete waste of time and definately wouldnt recommend it.

Great Gin and Service

Love SipSmith gin and their customer service. They have a great marketing ethos and I’m a sucker for a good brand.
The gin is great and if you order from the website it’s perfectly packaged. Go get your “sipple” today. They have great gift sets too if you want to have a taster of all collection.

Went on the 90 minutes gin distillery…

Went on the 90 minutes gin distillery tour with my wife last week.

Nice employees but really bad acoustic and almost impossible to more than half of what was said during the tour. "The guide" spoke very fast and when he turned his head away from the microphone on his collar it was only the people closest to him that could hear what was said. Half of the audience gave up following the tour and turned to talking in small groups. We paid attention to the problem but it could not be solved.

Suggestion: Smaller groups and better (handheld) microphone - and slow down when talking (we were a lot of non-UK residents that evening)
