Hello. It is unfortunate that you had an issue entering the coupon. The reason it didn’t work for you is because you simply entered the wrong code. There is no space in-between the word freechap. Our instructions on our website clearly show the code that is to be entered is freechap. We had thousands of people use this coupon, so I assure you it exists. The promo has been extended for this entire month, if you would like to try again. If you already placed an order we will be happy to include the free box as well.

I am very pleased with Sir Jason Winters customer service experience.
I received my three Chapparal Teas containers on time! Considering I live in Melbourne Australia ! I will be ordering more products especially the pre brewed Sage Tea containers in 4oz.

This is our first order for the Sir Jason Winters tea. The ordering experience was great no issues at all.
My husband was diagnosed with health issues we we introduced to this product on a you tube video.
We plan to continue ordering the tea. We really do enjoy the taste. We have tried both hot and cold and both of us prefer it cold.

The tea is fine but what happened after…
The tea is fine but what happened after is so wrong. I ordered tea for sister and myself, trusting what I read. For 10 years I have been careful who I have my personal email address to, this company got it. Within one week I started receiving 100's of spam mails and then found out it was exposed on dark web. They sell your email and that is not what a reputable company does. Doubt this will be posted but I am angry and disappointed

This is an absurd claim. We have never sold a customer’s information, which is one of many reasons we’ve been in business for 45 years. It is unfortunate you had this experience, but it had nothing to do with our company whatsoever. You are the only person in 45 years to make such a false and misleading claim. Any intelligent person reading this should make the same conclusion, this is 100% false and defamatory.
