I have a subscription, I rec'vd Triblene, TUC was backordered, I was billed for it. I called and left a message, I sent an email, NO RESPONSE!~!!!
Will you credit me? when will TUC be back in? Why was I not contacted?

Confusing directions in Ad.
I love your product! But it took me three times to figure out your instructions for ordering to get a free box of tea. There were two different directions given! One was to order 2 and receive the third one free. Twice I ordered two and did NOT get the free tea. Then I saw the other direction that said to order 3 and pay for two, and I finally got the free box. It made me wonder if the confusion was intended to save you money! I hope not.

Incredible tea with incredible service.
