I had $150 in my balance. I wanted to withdraw them, they told me to win back my deposit five times. I have wagered this amount at the casino. After that, they wrote to me that the money I had wagered at the casino did not count towards the wakening of money. After that, I made a $500 but with combo beats where one of the matches should have a coefficient of 1.5. I did it. And when withdrawing money, they wrote to me that I should win back another 185 dollars. But after that, they rejected my withdrawal several times without explaining the reason. I was new to the casino and I’m new to casinos in general. I don’t understand terms of conditions and I had a great customer service agent named Mike who let me ask a bunch of questions the same questions over and over in different ways and didn’t lose patience.

Per your terms, I’ve exceeded the 10x wagering requirement (well over $110 total wagered) and my balance has grown to $38.80. However, my withdrawal attempts have been repeatedly rejected without clear explanation.

I’d like to resolve this amicably:

1. Process a full withdrawal of my remaining balance ($38.80) to my original DOGE address and close my account

2. Refund my initial $11 deposit to the same wallet.

3. Specify any remaining wagering needed to withdraw, and allowing me to continue playing with my remaining balance for fun.

They didn't respond, they didn't pay out any withdrawals, and they didn't let me get a refund

I had so much fun playing the slots on your site. There are so many games to choose from and the layout of the site is so clean and easy to navigate. I don't expect to win all the time but I was so impressed with the fairness of the games. Sirwin is one of my new favorite sites!

When I signed up for this casino on the 22nd of March, I only had USDC(Ethereum based) Crypto in my wallet. I’m a fairly avid, crypto depositor, and I understand that some Ethereum Networks allow USDC to go through because they support the USDC token and I also understand that a lot of Ethereum networks do not support USDC even though it’s Ethereum based. Before I deposited anything I chatted with customer service person named John. I think his last name was idiot. I told him very, very specifically what I had that I had USDC Coin(Ethereum based) And I specifically asked him as if their casino allows USDC through their Ethereum Network. I asked this John idiot three different times and told him that I’m not trying to lose my only crypto that I had at the time because of misinformation so I followed up and had him double and triple check his information.. Every time his response was yes your deposit will be fine. That token is accepted. After my deposit, realizing my cryptocurrency never got there. I reached back out. He then proceeds to tell me that I need to deposit Ethereum and not USDC(Ethereum based) He refused to acknowledge that he directed me within information telling me that this was absolutely fine. These people are untrainedand un knowledgeable. about anything that goes on in this casino and they don’t give two shits about your money as long as they get it. Or even if they didn’t get it, which probably is the case here that customer service person couldn’t of cared less that he told me three different times that I could deposit there and it would be OK. I have emailed support on this, but I haven’t yet got any response and I don’t expect them to actually care that their own employee directed me to do something that caused me to lose my cryptocurrency…
These people should be shut the hell down. .

AVOID AT ANY COST.
They gonna keep denying your withdrawal attempts with the same excuses as others have already mentioned in their review before me. It's either:
1) "Your bets have been found to be risky, take bets up to 5 times your deposit (2500 USD) with a minimum of 2 matches and at least one of the bets with a minimum odds of 1.50, then you can withdraw."
2) "Your game content is under review by the risk department."

I've done the rollover of my only deposit (500 USD) several times on 2+ matches bets with 1.5+ odds bets as they mention, yet they keep declining my withdrawals. What's worse, they actually paid me once, it was a 500 USD withdrawal, so I assumed they're ok. Unfortunately, it was only a trick to fool and to keep me playing.

EDIT: Upping to 2*. After sending them this review + Askgamblers complaint + telling them I'm gonna contact their license provider, they finally approved my withdrawals. Still wouldn't recomend this casino though, this kind of treatment for players is unfair.

Any positive reviews about this casino are fake. Tried withdrawing the funds, was told I need to wager 10x the deposited amount because my bets were deemed risky. $10 bets were deemed risky. Sure. Thank God I only gave these clowns $40.
