I ordered 2 dresses that were way too small at the top and contacted customer support. They said I would get a gift card to use and it was a fake link.

I paid extra for fast shipping. The item arrived two weeks after the event I needed it for. There was no estimated shipping dates posted when I checked out. I had no idea when it would arrive. The item didn’t fit. I am normally a 1x and ordered a 3x just to be safe. The dress was still too small. I would have had to pay more money to return so it wasn’t worth it to me. Also the material was a lot thinner than I expected. With so many positive reviews I was really excited to purchase this dress. I was really disappointed about the whole thing.

I came to the site after seeing a post from aby joe on Instagram. I ordered the same dress she has twice. She said they were ture to size. I ordered a 2x first too small, the material was stiff, hers was flowy. Then i ordered a 5x with intentions to take it in if it was too big, the dress was still too small.

It was such a lovely and great experience.
Everything was went smoothly.

Besides my package arriving almost a month later, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the clothing nor the fit when I got it. The photos of the items look better than the actual product. I'm very disappointed. Shame on me for being a bargainhunter. It was too good to true. I'll take a hard pass in ordering from here again.

Dress was OK, not great quality, but ok. However it was too small. I've tried to ask about the returns policy on this numerous times via email and am just ignored everytime. So I'd say their customer service is non existent.
