After only enrolling there was a $250…

After only enrolling there was a $250 enrollment application there's a whole lot of hitting things that are not uncovered until after you do this because they're going to automatically act like you owe them money even after a day or two they're going to say you owe them half the money that you agreed to pay them for Education even if you did not give them any kind of identification or sign any kind of paperwork not digitally agree to participate in the class but to actually sign any paperwork or actually go to an orientation or start any curriculum without these things but they still will pressure you and still act like you owe them the money, their language makes it hard to understand and communicate as well and as far as communicating they're not patient they don't communicate well and the communication they do have is only about money they seem like they pressured a lot of people into giving the money although they did not give them anything for the money that they're requesting and deciding to go to the school and plan paying the application fee does not entitled to Legal signature of participating actually into the school a digital type name is different than a actual signature so be mindful of the schools because they really getting over on a lot of people

I am extremely grateful for the…

I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to complete my CNA training through this program. From enrollment to completion, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. The professionalism, organization, and level of support provided by Jessica and staff truly set this school apart.

Jessica was highly knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging, creating a learning environment that was both supportive and motivating. They took the time to ensure each student understood not only the technical skills required of a CNA, but also the importance of compassion, safety, communication, and professionalism in healthcare. Their real-world insight and dedication made the training both engaging and meaningful.

The curriculum was thorough, well-structured, and directly applicable to real clinical settings. I felt well-prepared, confident, and empowered as I completed the program. This school did more than prepare me to pass—it prepared me to succeed and take pride in my role as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

I am truly appreciative of the guidance, encouragement, and high standards this program provided. I would highly recommend this CNA school to anyone seeking quality education and a strong foundation in healthcare. I am excited to carry forward the skills and values I gained here into my career.

Thank you for an exceptional learning experience.

PLEASE READ I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS

PLEASE READ I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS: my experience with Sisu has been so very wonderful. I took this course two years ago and have had various life situations affect my finances and day to day life. Leaving me unable to fully go through with testing.

Every few months I’d check in with Ms. Kristian and the angel she is helped me with a smile and made sure I was still ready to apply to test. Keeping my final dates in mention

I just passed my CNA exam with flying colors ‼️FIRST TRY‼️ on both knowledge and skills because ONCE AGAIN Ms Kristian was on it and helped me prevail through the testing process. This time. For good!

Thank you Sisu, thank you Ms. Kristian!
Love,
Your problem child 🩷

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Research THOROUGHLY before you commit and do NOT pay in full in advance. You will not find out until Orientation that so-called self paced means 7-8 hours a day or that there are many additional costs on top of the $1800 tuition. One very costly expense is a 3 page comprehensive physical you will probably pay out of pocket for since your own medical insurance will most likely not cover school or employment physicals. You will also find that the 20-50 lbs you were told you need to be able to handle is actually at LEAST 20-50 lbs and includes being able to dead lift that amount. And if you have even one question about being able to handle the schedule or expense, get out IMMEDIATELY. You have 48 hours after orientation to withdraw without losing half of your tuition and the application fee. If you wait longer than 72 hours you lose the entire amount, even if you haven’t done a single module. They do NOT make this clear at all. On a positive note, at least one employee, who goes by the name Jazz, is incredibly helpful if you’re having a hard time figuring out how to set up online and seems to be a genuinely good guy. I am out $1000 I cannot afford and if the phone interviewer - read hard sell salesperson - had been up front with me I would never, as a senior woman, have considered this program. I was very clear about my age and should not have been encouraged to ANY degree to undertake this program.

If I could give no stars

If I could give no stars, I would.

The online portion is insanely long and tedious. When you do the tests, many of the answer options are wrong. So I would just try them all and then get forced to redo the entire module and that would be hours to get through again. Slides have ridiculous amounts of misspelled words. They kept changing clinical dates on me. They also didn't want to allow piercings to be shown in clinicals despite the site doesn't care about piercings. I just ended up quitting. Out almost all of my money. I then attended a local college's program since it was finally offered in my town. The facility they do clinicals at is the same as Sisucare. The CNA's at the site talked about what a joke the Sisucare program was. The students test skills on pillows... pericare on pillows. Cath care on pillows... they had no idea what they were doing. I guess now they have one single non anatomically correct mannequin. You would think with all that you're paying, they could at least have better quality mannequins.

I would not recommend Sisucare. It's expensive and a joke. Pretty sad when you're paying that amount for a program.

Great experience

My instructor (Ms. Selina) for clinicals was amazing. She went to extra lengths to ensure we were comfortable, confident and encouraged us every step of the way. Her experience in the medical field made her such an asset to us and a bank of information.
The program is accelerated and was well worth it. The Theory portion does take a bit of time so don't try to rush it.
I'm very happy with my experience as a whole. Excited to take my CNA and further my career.

Do not ever use this school

Do not ever use this school. They lack organization and the teacher was horrible. I was in the first 3 days of my class online and was advised by my instructor to pick up the pace in a very nasty and unprofessional way. No hi can I help you with anything or formal introduction. It was appalling. SisuCare was being paid for by my employer so I thought this was a great opportunity. It takes 10-14 days to get your scrubs and you cannot order the scrubs till you finish the 8th module on the online theory course So they literally want you to cram the first 8 modules in by the 2nd day because you must have your scrubs for your clinicals on the 15th day. If you miss this deadline they will charge you $400 to reschedule your clinicals. Some of these modules are long and you cannot miss more than 1 or 2 questions or you have to retake the test. I also had all kinds of online issues with the course material. Also no one told me prior to starting that I would need my original social security card. It’s part of the mandatory onboarding process. If you have to go get a new one it takes 2 weeks to get it in the mail. If you don’t make the deadline by the time your online theory is done then your clinicals have to be rescheduled. You then have to pay a $400 fee. Do yourself a favor, go to a real school like the community college so you can actually get trained in an appropriate time span with people who respect you. 4 weeks is not enough time for online theory and clinicals and this school should be a minimum of 6-8 weeks like all other schools. The teachers are ruthless at forcing you to work at an unacceptable accelerated pace. If you are becoming a CNA to go LVN I suggest you just go straight into school for LVN. With the way I was treated I could tell that CNAs are not treated well in the industry and if I learned anything from this experience is that you need to feel comfortable and welcomed at the place you train. This place was a hard NO for me.
