This was my 2nd treatment with Talya.
She is very knowledgeable and i feel very comfortable with her. She listens to any concerns that I have and advises accordingly.
Definitely going back for more treatments

Always very patient, kind, and attentive. All the doctors are easy to talk to and truly take the time to listen. They make you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience, and you know you’re going to get great results because of the care and attention they provide.

Visited Sisu for my first Sculptra treatment and I was extremely impressed and happy with Dr. Tayla, she walk me through the process in detail and explained to me what was involved. She was very professional and helpful making me feel comfortable. I am very happy with my experience and treatment so far

I recently visited a clinic for a minor treatment, The doctor Sonia and Noor her assistant were both amazing
Their friendly and helpful approach feel smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism they showed, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

I had treatment at Sisu clinic in Richmond and unfortunately experienced issues afterwards, particularly with my Botox eye area, which has taken time to improve and is still not fully back to normal.

At my first follow-up, when I raised concerns about a droopy eye, I was told this can happen, however this had not been clearly explained to me beforehand. I returned again and was advised to ‘sit it out’ and that things would return to normal over time.

To date, my eye has still not fully recovered. Eye drops were suggested, but I had to pay for the prescription myself and they did not resolve the issue. I followed up again but received very limited guidance.

While I appreciate that a refund was eventually processed, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication was minimal and there was no real acknowledgement or reassurance regarding what had happened.

It’s important for others to be aware that if something doesn’t go to plan, the aftercare and support may not meet expectations.

Had a very positive first experience today at the Richmond clinic. Both Dr Tanya and Noor were very polite and attentive.

Extremely informative and explained the pros and cons of various different treatments that I was curious about, giving a great overview within the limited time of the consultation. Sisu Richmond was a professional and reassuring experience from the moment I stepped through the door.

The manager, Manisha and her colleague, Saarah, made me feel welcome immediately. The communication between clinic and client is excellent. The clinic is spotlessly clean and well organised.

My doctor, Dr Sonia, is fantastic! I am a registered nurse working in an NHS acute surgical setting. I did my research thoroughly before choosing Sisu. I need to know that the person injecting my face has expert knowledge of the intricate anatomy and physiology of the face. Dr Sonia has previously worked in the NHS at a senior level in burns and plastics. She is skilled and has such an amazing 'beside manner'...I could not be happier with my results so far and I would absolutely recommend Sisu, Richmond to anyone looking for first rate aesthetic treatments.

Super happy with my lip filler. Dr Pedram has such an attention to detail, that my lips look great, lovely shape and really natural. On reception Sarah is always so friendly and helpful, even with multiple emails to get an appointment sorted.

Dr Sonia and Noor made me feel very welcomed and looked after. Also injections were different this times than usual.

Had my Botox treatment in clinic today (Richmond) and also asked about other treatments whilst there. Dr Sonia was absolutely lovely and recommended a few different options to help with deep wrinkles in my upper cheeks (not just treatments available in clinic but other options as well). I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Noor on reception was brilliant at recommending different options in case I require a two week review and was really helpful. Thanks guys!
