SitePlans.ai is a web-based site plan creator built for homeowners, general contractors, small builders, owner-builders, and permit expeditors who need a faster way to prepare residential permit site plans. Instead of learning complex CAD software or waiting days for a drafting service, users simply enter a property address, select the parcel, add their proposed project, and generate a clean, professional-looking site plan in minutes. The platform is designed for common residential projects such as decks, patios, fences, sheds, garages, pools, driveways, ADUs, additions, and similar permit applications. Our goal is to reduce the time between planning and permitting by making site plan creation simple, guided, and accessible. SitePlans.ai combines property data, mapping, and an intuitive workflow so users can focus on their project rather than technical drafting. The platform is continually expanding its county coverage across the United States while introducing new capabilities for contractors and builders, including higher project limits, company branding, advanced drawing tools, and commercial workflows. For projects that require additional review or professionally prepared permit-ready drawings, users can seamlessly upgrade through our managed drafting service at SitePlans.us. SitePlans.ai is operated by "Order A Site Plan LLC", a U.S.-based company focused on modernizing the permit preparation process through practical software and professional support. We continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback and real-world permitting workflows, with the mission of making site planning faster, simpler, and more accessible for everyone.
