I like the purpose and how the app facilitates contact with local sitters. The functionality in the app is confusing at best, misleading at worst. I receive emails saying I have new applicants, but when I go to the app, they are just sitters in my area. I can then 'invite them to apply', meaning contact them first. The language makes it unclear to both parties what actions ether of us have taken or need to take next. You should fix this ASAP for everyone's sake, especially for people who pay a large amount each month to use premium.
