I am so pleased with the Sixpad Hoover, so
light to carry & great at its job.

Great product and post sale service

Bought their hoover a couple of months ago, it works great and very reliable. We lost one of the attachments and contacting customer services, they were extremely quick and helpful in helping us identify which part we lost and then replacing it free of charge. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a new hoover.

Light, powerful and effective

I've had the Sixpad cleaner for 6 months with two batteries, which can fully clean our 4 bed house.

To date it's been great, very effective with one exception. It's not good at picking up Christmas Tree needles which get stuck in the joints.

Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with the battery of my new(ish) cleaner so I wrote to Sixpad who apologised and after a couple of conversations, they replaced the part with no real hassle. After my initial email they asked for photos and once received, they arranged for the replacement item to be sent. They were polite at all times and helpful with any questions. Very satisfied customer.

I purchase my sixpad 2yrs ago I was…

I purchase my sixpad 2yrs ago I was sceptical about buying it never heard of it before but I shouldn't have been it arrived within days so easy to use wasn't to heavy loved it. I Had a little problem 2 weeks ago rang customer service told them my problem and they sent me a replacement brush the team have been brilliant definitely recommend this company

Marvellous product

Marvellous product - I wanted a vacuum cleaner that was light and easy to use and found Sixpad online. It does the job brilliantly! Love my new sixpad cordless

Love my new sixpad cordless. Great suction and decent battery life, so pleased I made the purchase. I couldn’t be happier. I would only suggest that a removable bag would be easier and nicer for emptying as there is a tendency for that to be a bit messy, especially for dust particles in the air, rather defeats the point of the hepa filter …… just an observation and possible future consideration. It was a good price and as stated very happy to have it, one of my better decisions. 😃

From day 1 of ordering my sixpad cordless vacum, it has been a pleasure 🙏 not only did I receive a great price 👍 it is really good, tracking, and customer service hes been second to non...amazing . I did my research and sixpad came out top for cordless vacums, this product, and with good reason too. It does everything and more? And so light to use, i have heart failure, had a stroke, and other illnesses that stop me from using my corded vacum .... honestly if your thinking about going cordless look no further?Easy to use, with excellent suction and strong parts that are so easy a child could do it.its even better than my corded shark. ? Wont be buying anymore from them after this purchase... also theres a bracket you can attach very easily to wall , to keep it safe, and to charge, when not in use, and no plug hole near, ? Don't worry the battery slips on and off so easy, you can charge it anywhere , although it does stand up on its own, when not in use ?without falling over, which is great... the vacum picks up almost everything, i even suck up my smellies when finish with from the ottomisser , keep it smelling fresh ... also you get parts for upholstery, car, and many other items that we clean, as transforms into a hand held...they really have thought about us consumers... also the dust see-through container isn't big and bulky, yet it holds quite a lot, and so easy to empty and clean ... I had a slight problem, but was sorted out straight away. Customers service, really are second to non...so good at every opportunity. I would give 10 🌟 if I could. Faulty hoover

Hoover became faulty contacted customer service got a reply straight away.
Offered guidelines & solutions to help solve the problem but unfortunately nothing seemed to help.
I was therefore sent a replacement Hoover within a matter of days.

battery life limited on fast button,and…

battery life limited on fast button,and the only way to get a good clean up is to have it on fast.My house is no different to any other and i live alone,no family with dirty feet etc,i am constantly getting clogged pipes, and have to poke out lumps of dust especially the bottom end, just dust but it gathers as i believe the motor is too weak to suck it up to the top.I am disappointed as i needed a lightweight vaccuum due to back issues and arthritis.

Impressed so far

So far, so good.. Order arrived in timely fashion.. Was needing a new hoover that would work well as I've two cats. I've only had it a few days and loved the ease of assembly and the powerful suction on the high setting.. Having the two cats.. can end up with lots of fur about :) Was amazed how much it picked up . So long to my ancient , falling apart hoover.. Was reasonably priced as well especially when using the pay in 3 feature on Paypal..

Good vacuum for cleaning ,

Good vacuum for cleaning ,the one big fault we had was the flexible hose on the cleaning head split after only a year of using it twice a week we could have been unlucky with this ,but I managed to take to take to pieces and repair

Exceptional value for money

After a hugely costly vacuum which kept letting me down I decided it was time for a change and researched vacuums and read so many reviews. The only one that was consistently and seemingly genuinely high in the ratings was the Sixpad. I have now owned one for about six months and honestly cannot fault it or the company's staff (Sam). It is so light to handle, easy to use and efficient. The amount of dirt it picks up in seconds is embarrasing. (in my defence I did have a cat and now just have the dog and myself). Emptying the dust chamber couldnt be easier and cleaning filters a doddle. Battery easily lasts on med power for seven large ish rooms without loss of suction or power.
Sam in customer service is quick to respond and so very helpful. (I lost the black sponge filter) Straight away he said he would replace it foc even though I offered to pay. Is the sixpad vacuum value for money? - it is exceptional and it is British. I cannot rate it highly enough. Thank you Sixpad.
