9/23/23 Update- My order eventually arrived, very late but fully satisfied.

I wish I could give this company a big fat 0. Ordered a pair of black ankle strap sandals I received a flat sandal with no ankle strap. This is disgusting. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I Spent $40 for Nothing! Disgusting

I ordered the Monae Denim Jacket from Sixshe but was sent something totally different. I notified the company and asked why this happened. They apologized and said if I kept the item they would give me a discount on a future purchase. I declined because I wanted the item I paid for and was uninterested in what they sent me. It was lesser quality and I am sure less expensive too. I said I wanted them to send me what I ordered and that I would send the cloth they sent me back. They discouraged me from doing this because three said it would be a cost to send back. Never did shipping me the correct item ever enter into any of the solutions they offered. This was very puzzling and I now feel like they advertised an item they did not have in their inventory. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I also left pretty much the same review on their website and they took it down. So obviously the reviews are not reliable if they choose not to show all reviews.

The green sweater I purchased arrived fast and well

They sent me something I didn’t order and told me in order to return it to China I’ll have to pay $25-$40 of my own money for shipping which this wasn’t displayed anywhere. I’ve been fighting for 3 months now to get my money back

I was sent the wrong items and have emailed them multiple times but no response. This avoidance is a ploy to prevent the consumer from returning products.

I ordered a jumpsuit and they sent me a two piece green pant set. I am a certified buyer and trust me they are scammers. I tried to leave comments for people to see on facebook and they blocked me. I was able to get my money back thank God. I ordered in December a jumpsuit and they randomly sent(End of February 2023 the pants and blouse) Stay away from this company!! I open a case with Paypal so they would advocate for me as well.. They are horrible scammers!

Scam.. do not order from this website especially where they show the green cut up sweater with music playing. They never sent my item and I have emailed them numerous times to now I can’t even leave a comment on fb to say scam cause they blocked me. Don’t do it

The worse!! Shipping the worse. Took 3 weeks and paypal dispute to even get a real tracking number. Took another 2 weeks to get the package and... disappointment doesn't even describe how I felt. The romper/ bodysuit iordered for my birthday didn't arrive on time and looked like a Halloween costume. Save your money and time and go with a trusted clothing company. I was so excited about my order and turns out to be some crap that my daughter could have sewn together. TRASH!

Placed order in mid Jan 2022, tracking stayed stagnant in Los Angeles, CA. After 2 months of not receiving the shoes, I sent multiple emails asking for a refund. Their customer service phone number rings, but their VM is full, cannot leave a message.
I finally received the shoes in March 2022. Two of the three pairs did not fit. They asked I pay $9.99 in postage on Favbestgoods.com. I paid the $9.99, provided Sixshe with the confirmation number and a screen shot of the posted payment to their account. They are still not sending the shoes or refunding my account. This has been a 4 month process at this point. BE VERY CAREFUL....NOT RECOMMENDED....THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH SHIPMENTS OR REFUNDS.
