Seven Star Help and Assistance
Spoke to Lisa Paterson with a view to booking a cruise having never cruised before. Lisa gave me great advice on cabin type and location on the ship without it feeling like a sales person at work. Amazing Alaska
We started cruising in August 2013 to celebrate a big wedding anniversary. We were lucky enough to have SANDIE COLLIER as our Concierge. What a wonderful lady she is, finding always best deals, best cabins and most exciting and rewarding excursions. We will never forget our 1st cruise to Alaska. We saw bears catching salmon..we went dog sledging with Huskie dogs and a helicopter flight over the glacier!!! A trip never to be forgotten.
Since then we have been on about 6 different cruises,
Always helped by Sandie;s wonderful recommendations. We are now looking forward to a Cunard sailing to Cape Town in January 2026. 3
weeks onboard the Queen Anne..how exciting is that?

We have Just returned from a 14 day holiday onboard the Rocky Mountaineer across Canada and Regent Seven Seas Explorer to Alaska organised by Elizabeth. Our First Expedition Cruise
We've just returned from a 14 day Silversea Expedition cruise around GB and Iceland which Rebecca Rimmer helped to put together. The service I have received from Sixstarcruise has been excellent. Firstly, this year we had some problems entering our details on a particular River cruise site.In stepped Sharon Briney from their Customer Relations team who completed the task on our behalf, twice for two cruises and after one cruise, managed to get us a refund. I have also booked a number of cruises with Sixstarcruises, which were taken by Rebecca Rimmer, who provided us with many timely offers, answered numerous emails very quickly and very pleased with the service received from Rebecca. These two ladies are a credit to Sixstarcruises and would like to thank them for their superb Customer Service and would highly recommend Sixstarcruises for all cruising bookings

I found Six Star Cruises online and I am so glad I did! Elizabeth Wright took our booking and was very patient and helpful throughout. I had an additional question after my initial booking so I sent her an email query. Her reply came within minutes!
