Never received the item I ordered and…

Never received the item I ordered and was given the run around as to why my item hasn’t been delivered yet. It’s got on a month now and still given the run around. Second time they will speak to a manager about it. I would not recommend shopping on this website at all. I still have not received a refund or my item.

Lost packages are extremely rare for our business - we experience only a few cases per year out of thousands of shipments. Didn’t have the red shorty levers I…

Didn’t have the red shorty levers I initially wanted so I settled for the black ones they called me personally to tell me and then shipped it right out after the phone call and made it priority shipping for me for the inconvenience of not having the red levers in stock! Really nice that they did that to get my levers to me faster!

I RECENTLY PURCHASED AN AKRAPOVIC EXHAUST FOR $3588. THE COMPANY SENT ME AN EMAIL RECEIPT, VERIFYING THE ITEM AND THE PRICE.
Before they charge my credit card, they told me that I cannot cancel the order because they are ordering the item from italy I agreed
They charged my credit card for $3588
The sale was all set. Everything was done.

They then called me two days later after I had bought a tune for that particular pipe and told me that they couldn’t honor the price and they wanted to cancel the order because the price had went up and they forgot to change it on their website. that’s their problem. They need to honor this price, I’ve never had this happen with a major company. This is absolutely disgusting. What this company is doing. They then blocked my phone number so I can no longer talk to them. Apparently, this is a major company. It’s hard to believe that a major company could pull something like this, but I will make sure I post this on every possible website on every possible form so this doesn’t happen to any of you.

Not only did SIXTY61 Have an advertise price posted on their website. They sent me an invoice on May 20 at 6:30 PM. For 3588.12

I then paid the invoice and they processed the charge on my credit card for $3588.12 within 30 minutes.

When she called me TWO DAYS LATER ON 5/22/25 at 4:23PM I went on my credit card account and the Pending charge was right there. I have documentation to prove it. I snapped a screenshot showing that the pending charge was posted to my account and sent it to her

REGARDING SO-CALLED SOLUTION & COMMUNICATION.

When she called me at 4:23PM on 5/22/25 the call lasted for less than five minutes. I called her back at 4:28
And I was blocked.
She states "after two abusive phone calls lasting two hours"
I have documentation from AT&T on the incoming and outgoing calls to prove it.
Her response that there were two calls for two hours is a complete and utter fabrication.
ALSO: If you continue to post UNTRUE damaging statements about me I WILL SUE YOU FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER!!
I AM ORDERING YOU TO CEASE AND DESIST THE UNTRUE STATEMENTS ABOUT MY CHARACTER.

I HAVE AND WILL PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE CALL TO ANYONE THAT REQUESTS IT.
She called me at 4:23 and hung up on me by 428pm.
I NEVER USED ANY PROFANITY.
At the end of the call, she immediately processed the credit to my credit card account. I saw the credit posted for the exact amount of the sale. $3588.15

She told me that the price was incorrect. The new price was $500 more or she could cancel the sale.
I immediately told her I did not go to cancel the sale and I wasn’t going to pay $500 more.
I did use words like horrible and disgusting. Those are not profanities, but they do describe this companies actions.
It was horrible to not honor a price that was posted an invoice sent and an invoice paid and pending charge on my credit card.
It is disgusting to cancel a sale that was already completed a pending charge on my credit card two days later because you made a mistake and didn’t update your website and update the prices.

REGARDING PAYMENT: No charge was ever processed to this customer's credit card. We discovered a pricing error on our website within 24 hours of the order and immediately contacted the customer by phone to transparently explain the situation. We asked the customer to verify with Wells Fargo that no charge had occurred, but he declined to do so.

REGARDING RESOLUTION: We attempted to find a reasonable solution, including offering to honor a partial discount by having the customer pay only the difference. Unfortunately, the customer became extremely agitated and began using profanity and making threats, making productive conversation impossible.

REGARDING COMMUNICATION: After two abusive phone calls over a 2-hour period where the customer screamed profanity and made threats about damaging our business, followed by threatening emails, we made the difficult decision to block further contact for the safety and well-being of our staff.

OUR COMMITMENT: Sixty61 has served the motorcycle community for over 20 years with transparency and integrity. Our Terms of Service clearly state our right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, which protects both our business and our customers from genuine mistakes. We stand behind our reputation and the many satisfied customers who can attest to our professionalism and quality service.

We always strive to resolve issues amicably, but we cannot tolerate abusive behavior toward our team members.

This company kept 50% of my purchase price.

This company payed me only 50% of my purchase price. Claiming that I had installed it and now it was a used pipe and could not be resold. I did not I stall The pipe because it would not fit or line up with the mounting position on my spyder and I saw no reason to remove my current pipe. When I questioned them they said I damaged the pipe in the return procedure. I returned it in the original package and packing materials. I strongly recommend you do not do business with this company or Voodoo industries. Very poor customer service and I believe I was lied to.

Amazing experience
