We offer workplace first aid training at centres across Wales including Cardiff, Wrexham, Swansea, Newport, Abergele, Bridgend, Abergavenny, Rhayader, and Deeside. Alternatively, we can come to you to deliver bespoke certified training at your workplace for groups of six or more. We work with young people, employees, and communities across Wales to make first aid knowledge accessible to everyone. Our trained volunteers deliver expert first aid cover at a wide range of public events, from sports matches to concerts, helping keep attendees safe. We offer transport services in partnership with the NHS, ensuring safe and reliable care for those who need it. Through our actions, we inspire others leading by example and supporting people to reach their full potential.

Amazing course
Really enjoyed my 3 day first aid at work course. Ben our trainer made us all feel welcome and answered all our questions. He made the course interactive and in general fun. Before the course I was quite worried about how my dyslexia would effect my ability to do the course but Ben reassured me and helped me read and spell anything I needed.

Helpful and informative

2-day Wrexham First Aid 26-27.08.26
Compared to previous refresher courses done in England, I found Sam made the 2-days training more engaging and less death by PowerPoint. We done more practical work either in groups, pairs or with the mannequins which encouraged more engagement instead of spending long durations behind the desks. Sam was witty throughout and made the course enjoyable compared to previous experiences which I found boring, plus we learnt about topics that I haven't seen done before.

First-Aid Course
Ben taught real emergency experience as a first responder to make scenarios authentic. Which helped me to build my confidence while it helped me to successfully remove the fear of intervening in public health crises. Every participant received dedicated time with modern CPR manikins and other training kit. Again very good all round

Great instructor named Ben.
Understandable, clear explanations given throughout the training course.
Discussions and explanations not overcomplicated or over explained.
Ben made it a comfortable, relaxed learning environment where I was able to feel confident in contributing to discussions and answering Ben's questions.
Good, clean facilities available e.g. free tea and break room available.
Friendly staff members.
