Rory was very knowledgeable and made the whole course enjoyable and engaging.

With there just being 3 of us on the course that was a great advantage, I’m a little hard of hearing sometimes & it was never a problem, the trainer was clear & very approachable, we could ask questions easily & everything was clearly explained

Great course, great trainer, did find some parts repetitive, and could potentially a little shorter to keep people engaged and focused. As noticed towards the end people was loosing attention.

Really informative and engaging 3 day First Aid at Work course. Gary, the trainer, was personable, always happy to share anecdotes and answer questions. I thought using a quiz app at the end of each day was a great way to test our knowledge because there is a lot of information to take in within a short amount of time. The facilities were also great and easy to find your way around. Staff were friendly too.

Really enjoyed the course and the learning and the way Donna N managed the training which was very inclusive and informative and I learnt a lot.

Enjoyed the course and the experience of learning everything in practical form makes it so much more fun. Dean is brilliant at what he does. Highly recommend this course, if there’s a chance you could save someone’s life then me personally I’d want to know what to do in the situation, this course give you all the fundamentals to cope in any situation.

Brilliant three day course, all staff were welcoming and our trainer Tanya was friendly & professional.
The training was straightforward and easy to follow with everything explained and shown plus practice practicals so you never felt out of your depth.

Our instructor, Donna N, was brilliant - friendly, informative, knowledgeable and very tolerant. Donna displayed great energy and enthusiasm while always being authoritative and clear.

Course was well run, informative and interactive. Environment, refreshments and props could have been better and delivered in less time. Overall a good, memorable course.

Gary was fab. Punctual, informative, and knowledgeable, kept to the point; could answer any of our questions. The days went by quickly.
