We are pride ourselves in only employing experts in their field and all of our engineers have at least 10years experience. Our main goal as a company going forward is to help provide complete customer satisfaction in a way that is a eco friendly and efficient in an ever changing industry.

Never showed up and didn't hear back

Made a booking for 20th March, rang up, they had my details, never turned up at 9am as arranged, rang them 10:30 and get told he had problems with his van, not an issue things happen but nobody had my details so he couldn'tcontact me to let me know. I wasn't then free for the rest of the day, asked if he would be free Monday and never got a reply and then I messaged on the Monday to ask if he was if he was still available at all and AGAIN, to this very day I have still not had a reply.
Never one for leaving a bad review, but it's completely poor customer service.
Could be genuinely nice fellas, but first impressions always last

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we never received a message from yourself on the Monday requesting a visit. We always recommend calling the office directly to book in any appointments as our engineers are often very busy with installations in the day. We hope you managed to get sorted with your installation

Excellent experience with Scott and the…

Excellent experience with Scott and the team. Great communication, on time, good value. They installed our roof mounted panels and batteries during a full house renovation. They worked seamlessly with other trades and made the process very simple.

Great experience

I called sjc electrical solutions after spilling a psn of water over my hob. Scott came out within w hours. He disconnected and checked everything out and got it working. He wax very professional and polite.

Great and reliable service

Great and reliable service. Have used Scott from SJC multiple times for a range of jobs. Security lights, alarm system on house and spotlights in kitchen. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend!
