I order bed through TIKTOC on this company. I ordered on the 17th September 2025, got a tracking details for Evri. When the item arrived jr was a “THANKYOU” card. When questioning the seller they said I should’ve received the bed before the card. When questioning where the bed is I got ignored for days, then told it was being delivered by another courier who only in my area on a Saturdays. Which I’ve still not received. I’ve tried contacting them as I DO NOT want it no more as I’ve been sleeping on a mattress in the floor so want to order somewhere else. They are now ignoring my phone calls. No fake review I have all relevant screen shots coming from your company being rude and abrupt on phone and on text message with the number 07529693357 this is your business number linked to your tik tok and your internet page, so no not a fake review a legit one that you need to sort and get my money back to me. Not trying to tarnish anyone’s work but when you get a tracking number you expect that to be the parcel you ordered not a card. I only refusing the bed now as it’s taking to long.

bed I received is a disaster its ripped colours don't match no screws to attach wooden slats which don't fit either,also the frame doesn't even fit together and to top it all they said I didn't buy a bed from them, I think the £10 deposit via bank transfer proves otherwise,I have sent pics of damage but get ignored, AVOID AT ALL COST,PAY A LITTLE EXTRA ITS TRUE WHAT THEY SAY..YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! IN THIS CASE UTTER CRAP, they are rude, ignoring me so next step trading standards .it would seem I'm not the only person experiencing this

I ordered my bed and was talking to the contact for the company via whatsapp. I gave a full description and was given a final cost so I went ahead and ordered the bed. When I confirm to the contact they asked me to pay 10.00 on the order page and pay the balance on delivery, I should have know they were not legit at this point but I had already paid. The bed was delivered at about 6:30 pm on a Saturday and the headboard was not the correct size that I ordered. They delivery man was there with a Asian lady who called I guessed it was the owner and I spoke to him and was promised the correct headboard the following Wednesday. The lady asked me if I wanted to keep the headboard that was delivered until to new one was delivered and I refused. All this started on December 7th, today is December 24th and I'm still waiting for the delivery of my headboard. I called the company and had the phone put down on me, I whatsapp, emailed and texted and is still waiting for someone to get back to me with some form of explanation why I'm still waiting for my headboard. I have bed parts in my flat and have asked for a refund and for the parts to be collected but no response.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST.
I am left with out a complete bed and out of pocket and no one to rectify the problem.
I can't believe how dishonest this company is. How dare you lie about me collecting my bed when you have not provided me with my headboard since December 11th. I don't even know where your company is located. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE HOW DISHONEST YOU ARE. PEOPLE RUN AS FAR FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN.

Amazing and quick service
Honestly can’t recommend this company enough, the customer service is unbelievable - gave me great advice and help throughout nothing was a hassle made to my specifications wasn’t something on their website - exactly what I wanted 😊 it came quicker than I expected and was informed throughout.

Will not hesitate to order from this company again - had a fantastic experience start to finish and the bed is amazing. Looks better than the pictures.

First night with the bed and nothing had not noise when sleeping and very comfortable.

SJ Dream Beds they are not a scam and also they are not money GRABBERS, as I ordered 5 beds with mattress, I did pay at front, they also offered free assemble

I would have given 5 start but was bombarded with messages about leaving a review ! The bed is good quality had a issue at first putting together as they added extra padded so the screws didn’t line up but overall happy with bed!

The assistant was very kind and patient with me.delivery was very fast and the product was in good shape, came with everything that I needed and no complaints.the driver had called me the day of the delivery and the time for delivery, when arrived they were very polite and professional.

Void! Collected return and not giving money back.
I have contacted this company via WhatsApp to ask if they could make the bed I want. When trying to explain my design I felt that they don't really understand what exactly I am asking for. So I was given their address and I went to the factory (if you can call it factory at all, very small and poor building) to order eye to eye. The person who met me clearly had difficulties to speak in Eglish (apparently on WhatsApp I talked with his wife who works as customer service and translator for him). Anyway I had a picture with the exact bed I wanted, and I left it with him, explained it in detail as much as I could. I was told the bed will be made in max of 5 days. The same evening I have transferred them money in full. After nearly 3 weeks I have chased them where was my order. I was told it will be delivered next day (sat). So next day I was told delivery is in Cardiff side, so I will get it evening (I'm in Wakefield). Later on I'm receiving text from the same guy that he stuck in Liverpool and best he can do its 10pm, later text again that he will be even later and asked to deliver next day, promised it will be 10-11am. Of course, it wasn't! Later that day he finally answered my text where I chased him that he just woke up and will deliver it later! After few hours got a call I will get delivery in half an hour, and so... it took nearly 2 hours! 😄 When finally unwrapped all parts received I realize it was made wrong way! And I just can't fit it in the space it meant to stay. We assembled the base and it wasn't sturdy, there was a gap between parts (tall headboard and tall sideboard), safety rails made different from what I ordered. Straight away I have texted "customer support", firstly she didn't really understand what I'm saying, was making me sure that we assembling it wrong and so on, then said they are going to re-make it, but I just had no time to wait, and I couldn't trust their word. After long debates she finally agreed to take the bed back and give a refund. So next day the bed was collected and now all my texts are being ignored. Doesn't look like they are going to return my money, £590. Well, I have done the thing to protect me from thiefs and raised CCJ claim against the company. Of course, I have all conversations saved, voice messages recorded, and have a proof of collection.
People who make such a business in UK supposed to talk in English fluently enough. No wonder why all companies replies to reviews are just copy-paste. Be wise, save your time and nerves.

Have ordered 2 beds from SJ beds. One in 2020 and another in 2023. Can’t speak highly enough of this company. Beds are beautiful, very good quality and customer service is excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

My updated 2nd review of 08 feb 2023 was removed by trustpilot as SJ DREAMBEDS had deemed it necessary for review by the legal department, now I am being asked to comment on SJ DREAMBEDS STANDARD REPLY FOR ALL CUSTOMERS or have my initial review removed after 4 months + of nothing.
Do NOT buy from this company is my updated comment, a lesson learnt the hard way at great cost to myself.

Update from last week !!
As you saw I did get the standard reply to my review (see the owners previous responses to other reviews) & rang the mobile number given immediately & this went straight to voicemail (understandable as was outside normal office hrs) I left a message & sent a text to same moblie number given & to date have had no response, nothing at all!!!

Fantastic company to deal with beautiful beds I was kept in the loop about delivery a brilliant experience from start to finish would recommend all day long

*AVOID* this company they send out damaged and dirty items, they have poor communication and take NO responsibility after I told her about the damage and the dirt all over the bed plus the fact it was unfinished she said that she would pay for the cleaning products but I’ve yet to receive that money back. When she eventually collected the faulty item she opened a case via eBay accusing me of damaging the item, putting dirt marks on the bed and apparently pet hair and pet marks were over the bed via using it! And then also accused me of not packaging the bed in the original packaging but I did I had the delivery man sign a written document saying the bed looked the way it was sent and packaged in the original way it was sent out to me I have cctv and pictures to prove all of this. The bed was unusable from the day I received it due to the fact I had the wrong parts sent and had black mould and rust all over the slats and frame do not use this company!! They try and take your money and leave you without a bed!
On my case about her she was sneaky enough to respond to eBay before I could say I still haven’t received my refund at 12:27 in the night to make me out to be the one that had damaged the bed! Luckily eBay see though them and refunded me my money!. If I could give no stars on here I would!

Do not be fooled by the good reviews!! This company does not put customer service first. I ordered the bed on 7th of February through Etsy, dispatched on 22nd February to a courier company that has no tracking.... £450 bed without a tracking number for customers! Bed was meant to arrive on 26th of February but apparently the courier van broke down.. Seller wasn't even aware It wasn't delivered. I tried to contact them and was ignored through Etsy so found the company number! Apparently the courier company van broke down and they only deliver on weekends.. so had to wait until the following weekend. And would receive a delivery slot Friday, no delivery slot was given, told At 11pm! The courier man hurt his hand getting the bed in the van... ( when that is his job) and it would be delivered tomorrow. My thoughts being if he hurt his hand and can't deliver today how could he deliver tomorrow... well Sunday came
And no bed delivered because the guy still her his hand and would be delivered Wednesday. Although told they only deliver weekends which is why I had to wait. When I tried to contact the company I was ignored, calls, emails, made reviews and told I never bought from them although I have all the evidence. I filed for a refund and they created a fake tracking bill to say it was delivered 26th of February, luckily I had message evidence from the company and the courier to say the van broke down to prove it wasn't delivered! Tried to scam me out of getting a refund through Etsy. I am 5 months pregnant and been sleeping on the floor 4 weeks waiting for this bed!!

I recently bought a bed from this company and was so pleased with the service. They customised it to my specific requirements and maintained contact throughout the process. The order only took 3 weeks to make and deliver, with assembly being quick and easy. I bought an ottoman sleigh bed with silver studs and crystal buttons added and love it! I would recommend using this company for buying your dream bed.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I spent about an hour on the phone with one of the designers where she talked me through all my fabric,colour and accessory choices. It arrived in just under a week and looks perfect in my bedroom.
Would definitely recommend and use SJ Dream Beds again. Thank you
