We are in Australia and need to replace cardboard boxes and they wanted us to order from Australia and pay a company in UK , they would not expect our credit card. SJF would not help and buy £300 worth of boxes and then charge us.
We struggled with cashflow because of this then found out the owner was selling our products on eBay. Approximately £200,000
Destroyed our business and reputation!
We are taking them to court.
