Our work focuses mainly on RICS Level 2 Home Survey Reports (formerly known as HomeBuyer Reports) with or without a reflected repairs valuation. Level 2 Home Buyers Report
I used Steven for a Level 2 home buyers report on a property I was purchasing last month. Steven was very quick with getting back to my emails and got me booked in as soon as he could. As for the report he had it back to me on the same day that Survey took place and it was very detailed with all of the information I needed.

Steven was very informative and friendly. He arranged the survey on the property very quickly and the report was sent to be quickly. It is extremely comprehensive with pictures to explain in more detail. The report gives repair work recommended and legal advisories. Thank you very much.

Great service - would recommend
Steven communicated well, understood the survey on the day arranged and sent me the report the next day. He was available for a phonecall afterwards to discuss the report in more detail and provide some advice around my possible next steps. Steven's advice resulted in a successful renegotiation on the price of the house after identifying a few issues, meaning I have the funds to the repair them, and a smooth house sale.

Great Service
I have used SJones Surveying on two occasions now. Steven is very professional and very quick at getting back to you if you have any queries.
Our survey was conducted on a Friday and we got our report first thing Monday morning. However, Steven did give a brief overview of his findings via email on the Friday afternoon. The report itself is very detailed and easy to understand.
I couldn't recommend SJones Surveying enough. I would definitely recommend his services to friends and family.
