I have found Samuel of SJR Mortgages to be incredibly professional, informative & friendly. As first time buyers, Samuel has supported myself and my partner through the process from a decision in principle all the way to a signed mortgage deed. Samuel has always found time for us, providing insightful answers to our questions. When he was unsure of an answer, he would come back to us as soon as he had one. I believe SJR mortgages have gone above and beyond in their support, and If we ever have to opportunity to purchase a further property, SJR is where we'll start.

Sam was very friendly, responsive and made the mortgage application process as seamless as possible. He always advised on what exactly needed to be done, what to expect and always kept an eye out on any potential changes in the market which could benefit me during the application process.
