We've had our ongoing IT support with Skaboona for over a year now - brilliant fast service and they go the extra mile to ensure that everything is done properly. This is vital for us as a small charity.

Skaboona advised me on the specification I needed for my requirements and then helped source the product which was a new laptop smaller and lighter for me to use when I am mobile working. They then checked the software and synced it to my work and email accounts and tested all was working. I was set up very quickly.

Jack came when he had promised, installed our new fibre broadband connection with links to repeaters and several computers, removed the terrible BT small business phone system and replaced it with our old phone system.

Jack from Skaboona was very helpful and professional. He walked me through the process of what he would be doing when upgrading my broadband cababilty which made the process worry free. When he was completing the works he was punctual and professional throughout and made sure everything was left tidy before leaving for the day. Couldn't recommend enough! He saved me money and the broadband is incredibly fast now!
