Established in 2008, SKArchitects are a prominent, award winning practice of RIBA Chartered Architects working throughout London and the Eastern Region in collaboration with both developers and homeowners. Our work includes everything from bespoke houses and large scale residential through to leisure, education, workplace, interior design and the public realm. Within our area, the Practice has gained a reputation for innovation, tenacity and the delivery of buildings which are contextually sensitive. We bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to all projects and can be involved from inception through to completion, with our involvement individually tailored to you. Our small but experienced team of architects work in our collaborative studio bringing together their diverse specialisms to deliver high-quality architecture with a hands on approach to the construction and technical detailing. Highly skilled, Professional Architect's

I am a software engineer by profession and began investing in property in 2018. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my builder abandoned a project midway, compelling me to manage it myself despite having no prior knowledge of construction or planning regulations. At this crucial juncture, SK Architect provided invaluable assistance, guiding me through the intricacies of regulations and the construction process.

Currently, I am working on my fourth project, which includes the development of 5 flats and one bungalow. Each of these projects involved complex planning applications, yet SK Architect successfully managed communications with planning officers to secure the necessary approvals. Their support extended beyond planning applications; they were instrumental during the development phase, liaising with building control and ensuring all planning conditions were met.

SK Architect has consistently been accessible, particularly Danielle Simpson, who has patiently addressed all my inquiries. I am proud to acknowledge that SK Architect has been a pivotal partner in my property development journey.
