Extremely long deliverytime.
Quality of Sketchers are always so/so. Wears down very quickly.

Great product but an awful online ordering and delivery process.

5 days after ordering get a notification from UPS. It’ll be here ‘sometime’ on Wednesday. Then nothing. No delivery.

Thursday morning. It’ll be here ‘sometime’ Thursday. Tracking showed it at Tamworth at 06:07. 11am sorry delay we’ll let you know. ‘Sometime’ Friday. Silence.

Friday morning another UPS. It’ll be here today. This is now the 3rd day. Then between 9am -1pm. Finally arrived at 12:45 in a totally unsuitable box that was well battered.

WRONG SIZE. I ordered a 7 and got an 8! Returning.

Comical.

Only wear Skechers these days but I’ll never use your online ordering ever again.

Very happy with the assistance I received today from Amber. She was patient, helpful and nothing too much trouble. No added pressure to ensure I bought a pair of trainers. Purchased @ Skechers Bideford

Brought Go Walkers Arch Fit Mountain View Style #144558. Finally a very comfortable boot. However, don't buy if you expect to be able to simply walk on water dew grass or in the rain. Feet soaked. So disappointing as I was a fan of Skechers. To be fair, they are not advertised as waterproof but you would expect to be able to walk on light dew grass without having wet feet on both the soles of your feet and uppers.

I would recommend them to anyone

Slip in slip out works, to some surprise, and my chosen model is stylish. Very good, thank you.

Beautiful and crazy comfy as always. I only have two brands of shoes now, skechers and brooks. You can never go wrong with skechers.

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Lack of Customer Service (Case No. 4655480)

Dear Skechers UK/EU,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the complete absence of customer service following an incident on 10/08/25 under case reference 4655480.

To date, I have received no communication whatsoever—no update, no assistance, and not even a basic apology. I find this level of customer service unacceptable, particularly from a brand I have supported over many years, along with my family and friends.

What I expected was empathy and support. What I have received is silence. This raises questions about how Skechers truly values loyal customers.

I have spoken with Skechers UK directly, yet I am still waiting for any meaningful response. I request that you urgently review this case and provide:
1. A formal apology.
2. Clear communication regarding the status of my case.
3. Details on the next steps for resolution.

I trust Skechers will take this matter seriously and restore the confidence of a long-standing customer.

I ordered 7.5 size. It is somewhat big for me. Not perfect.

I bought a pair of shoes at the Trinity, Florida Skechers and went to see if I might be able to return them because they didn’t feel right after wearing them a couple of days. I had receipt but no box. Josh was extremely helpful in helping me find several other pairs to try on to make sure I was satisfied with fit. Josh exchanged them without a problem at no expense to myself. Even made sure I had all the discounts available. His coworker Manny was also very helpful. Though it’s 45 minutes from my house, this will be my go to store next time I need shoes.

Overall everything was fine and I am happy with my purchase.
But please note that
30 days of free return starts from the day I made a purchase instead of from a day that I received a package. This is a bit different from some other suppliers.

Even though the suggestion was to size up, which I did- the shoes were still tight and uncomfortable. The return label was issued with a wrong( god knows whos?) email address so I received no notification upon transportation. The transportation company lost the package so now I am out 2000kr and got no shoes. No one from Skechers responded to my numerous emails.
Update: it took a negative review to get a response from Skechers after all the grief. At the end, they updated me on the return whereabouts and I got my money back. The end.

I really disappointed with the sketchers slip in sandles even though the are comphy they ware very fast not just the sole the straps the upper front edge .
I went to the shop where I purchased even though I didn't have a receipt .. they told me to contact customer service they asked me to send pictures whice I did after a 3 email replys they as said there nothing they can do . The wear on the sole straps and uppers was definitely unacceptable and not fit for purpose .. im a 66 year man so not using them excessive .. customer service answer even after my photos which they asked for was without a receipt nothing they could do .these sandles are expensive and 3 months is definitely unacceptable .. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting these if your expecting them to last even one season ..
Customer service should be embarrassed at this product ..not that there was any service .. I was a big sketchers fan buying 2 or 3 pairs a year not anymore .. even when I purchased these I said to the assistant there expensive.. she said well if you get 2 years out of them its worthwhile .. I wish 3 months more like !!
