Paid for next day delivery package not received anything, customer service said I have to wait and see if it turns up then reject it and when they receive it back they will refund me.
I have nothing to reject it’s not turned up. I want a refund obviously so I will action through my bank tomorrow but I wouldn’t order from these rip off merchants .. had I seen the previous review I wouldn’t have

I used to love shopping with this company now I’ll never shop with them again I was rip off with the delivery I paid for 24hrs delivery and they sent a out on a 48hrs delivery tired to message them don’t even reply

Used SKE crystal plus for 2 years and slowly the pink lemonade has got so bad 70 to 80% taste burnt or very very poor taste. Most of the other pods are awful. There is no consistency what so ever.

Nearly every single pod peaks as well. Shockingly poor

Crystal 4 in 1 burnt after only a few hours! The mouthpiece went brown after a couple of hours of minimal use, sent a contact form, which I’ve had no response to. Will stick to IVG in future, as only ever had a problem once & it was resolved very quickly

The new 600 pro is a good vape device, and the new pods are great the flavour is great etc, the only problem is they went the way ive seen others that i really didnt like, in fact the main reason i loved the pods so much, was because they are see-through and you can see how much fluid is left in there.

Now its just like the others, where the only way to tell your pod is empty is to get a horrible chemical burned cotton flavored puff at the end, and you never know when its coming.

I REALLY wish they would stick to see-though pods. Not just SKE but all vapes.

They would make more money anyway, I used to throw them out when there was a small amount left, im sure everyone else did too, now they are getting fully drained, its better business to make them see through.

Having said that, they are still the best. Device feels the nicest, pods are satisfying to click, flavours are great, price is good, they last a long time. Really prefer them over any other but just WISH they kept the see-though for the new pods. - Luckily the old pods still work in the new devices :D

Have ordered several times now from this company and the products are excellent! If you want a product that you can vape like a normal cigarette purchase the SKE Bar Crystal Plus, which looks like a disposable vape but is different in that you can charge it. The pods you use with the Crystal Bar Plus come in some great flavours and the rewards program is really good too. The only reason disposable products don't last very long is because people think you can vape as if you're smoking a cigarette and you can't you can only take very small puffs with the disposables, buy the rechargeable instead and you won't go wrong.

Extremely unreliable products. Some will last a few days some less than 12 hours
