Terrible customer service
I had a terrible experience with this company and its owner/manager, Damjan. The service is not customer-oriented at all, and the level of professionalism is shockingly low for such an expensive product.
My ski simulator arrived severely damaged, the box was ripped open, metal parts were bent, and to make matters worse, the company shipped it to the wrong address because they put my billing address on the label instead of the correct shipping address. This created weeks of delays, stress, and confusion with FedEx.
When I reached out, the response was slow and unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed everything onto FedEx and offered no immediate solution, refund, or replacement despite the obvious damage and shipping errors caused by their own team.
For the price of the product, I expected professionalism, accuracy, and accountability. Unfortunately, I received none of that. I cannot recommend this company, and I strongly advise others to think twice before buying.
