Lost money

Lost money, Awful service. They ignore it was their mistake
I purchased a pair of Womens gloves and used the size guide provided on the site very carefully. The gloves arrived a few days later but they were Men's gloves and very large and unuseable. I reached out to customer service and I was told that the correct gloves had been sent and they are unisex. The label on the gloves clearly showed they were Men's gloves and it was so much larger. I emailed again and again with photos showing the Mens label and explaining that the mistake was theirs but just received a generic returns label which they charged me for.
Consequently I am £10 out of pocket due to their mistake and no one responds to acknowledge this.
