It’s a cute place with comfortable chairs. Servis is so nice they are they aren’t friendly and always smiling. The mix grill plate was extra delicious and they serve with nice salad. We loved it ❤️
Product was exactly what I wanted and delivery was great! Delivery was to a French address and I am British so was worried if it would find me correctly. They stated it would be delivered in 1-2 days but understandably took a few more as it was crossing boarders and I'm not sure French postal services work on Sunday & monday. So it arrived on a Tuesday! Good service.

I have received a stained ski suit paid 799€. I directly contacted the client service by email. However all my emails remained unanswered during a whole week. I tried to call skihut without any success. An automatic answer was saying that "skihut is not reachable" and referred to the opening hours of the store saying that the store was closed. It was not even 17:30, the store was supposed to be opened.
After one week, Emalisa, the webshop manager finally replies offering a 50€ discount. Skihut was not able to send me another one.
The dry cleaner cost and pick up of the suit was much more expensive than this amount plus, I was bearing the risk to keep a 799€ skisuit with black greasy stains on it if the dry cleaner could not remove them.
She refused to compensate for the risk I was taking by keeping the suit. End of the talk. She was not "solution-oriented" and even less "client-oriented"
All these things together make it completely unprofessional to me. I lost so much time contacting them with no service at all. This was my first experience with skihut and the last one because of their really poor client service.

I had to pay for the return shipment myself, despite the wrong order! Bad service! I cannot recommend this online trade!
I've booked skishoenen 1 week ago. Delivery in Belgium in 2 days (ordered sunday night, received tuesday). The pakjet was good, not damage.
4 stars because Skihut explained by mail I got an email to follow the order with postnl but nothing.
