I ordered my item on Nov 29 and am still waiting for it. I've tried getting in contact with them via email multiple times and received a response after 1 month stating that they are on "back order due to high volume of orders, but should be receiving my item within 2-5 business days" and never got a response after emailing them multiple times since I still was waiting for my product to arrive. I tried going to their website but it is currently "shutdown" so I have no other choice but to dispute the it with my credit card company, which is unfortunate, cause I really liked the case, but whatever!
Terrible customer service ordered an item since thanksgiving and 2 months later still haven’t gotten it and have 4 emails ignored.
I placed an order on January 2nd, have sent multiple emails to cancel the order and issue a refund. The only thing i received was a confirmation email regarding my order the same day of buying. But never got an email of the shipping and tracking number until other day after multiple emails to cancel the order and just give a mf refund. Yet, still no reply. Just your site taken down and the only access to it is "management".
