This company treated me very poorly. They charged me £49 for choosing not work for them.
I was initially interested because the company looks good on the outside but they only want to use you and take your money.
I am a poor student with barely enough money to buy food, yet this does not matter to this company as they have masses of money and most likely look down on small things like this.

Meeting people of diversity, spending quality time with them and ending up making lots of friends from around the globe makes this experience worth to remember. Grotonwood gave me the oppurtunity to step out of my comfort zone which is why I will always be grateful to them. Even though the working hours were not what I expected but I appreciate being the chosen one. It was also very hard for me to eat as I belong to the muslim family and cannot eat all without keeping certain restrictions in mind which is why i had to go vegan. But regardless of all the hardships and compromises this summer was an unforgettable experience and Breeze and Dany were super helpful. Loved how Breeze make sure everyone is loved on my birthday she was the 1st one to wish me and made me feel special. Thank You skilled summers and IENA for letting me experience this.

Company is doing very well. It is very cooperative and helpful. I remember how the director 'Cat' helped me once to avoid one of the camps that wasn't suitable beforehand. That was really appreciative.

Skilled Summers helped me to make my dreams come true, through their professionalism in Summer Camp Counsellor and visa application process, and guidance in every step of the application. Skilled Summers agents and director were checking on me and my progress and even came to meet me at camp! (Although the journey was 5 hours by car!) Skilled summers have been nothing but helpful throughout my Summer Camp experience! Their personalised service made it feel like a casual chat and made all the important documentations less stressful. I have been to Summer camp before and used a different company and it felt really rushed. With SS I was able to travel to a camp that was right up my street and became a rock climbing instructor there. A big bonus for me was also earning +$2400 over my summer which covered all my flights and fees and still managed to travel for a month around Mexico and come back with some money left over.

As I am writing this and thanks to them, I am living the camp experience as camp counselor in Augusta, Michigan and I can already tell that it's one of the best things I've ever done in my life! SkilledSummers Cat & Mamdouh were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole recruitment process, they have always explained thoroughly the details of every step and answered my questions & emails promptly. I never felt unprepared or insecure about my departure to the US, because all the information I needed was provided in advance and even now that I'm in the US, they are checking up on me to ask how everything is going.
