Lovely course that prepared us well for the PMP exams, very informative and enjoyable.

I had PMP boot camp training the second week in January 2025 with Elvira Mazitova and I was blown away not only by her mastery of the subject but also her way of delivery. She explained every slide with great details and understanding that demonstrated that she's not just a trainer but a passionate educator. She also took the time to ask if anyone had any questions. She took the time to answer every question in great details which I believe made everyone feel important and worthy to ask questions.

Elvira was a great trainer - her passion and knowledge really shines through her teaching. Our team took part in a 2 day project management course and there was lots to learn. Could have been another day to cover all the material! The physical presentation materials and the templates provided were very clear and helpful to support the course topics and practical use. Elvira is very well prepared and has taught the 4 days PMP boot camp from The Knowledge Academy with an excellent level of proficiency. She has been available to answer all PMP related questions as well as insightful on the overall Project Management domain. Her enthusiasm brought the boot camp to be very interesting also allowing her students to enjoy and expand their knowledge. Elvira is a PMI member with many certifications and actual related current work experience, I would not hesitate to take further PMI exam preparation with Elvira.

I had a one week 1-1 training with Elvira to prepare for the PMP exam. Elvira's level of expertise and training skills are excellent. She is well prepared, organised and able to explain all topics with clarity and consistency.
She brings all the supporting material that the learner would need during the session.
She is also very inspiring and gives practical advice on how to prepare well for the exam.
Elvira answered all kinds of questions with patience and sharing in-depth knowledge. Her passion for training and sharing knowledge is tangible.
Last but not least, she is also a very pleasant person to be with, so that the time flies and the breaks are also enjoyable.

The instructor, Elvira, was very knowledgeable, organized and well-prepared. At first glance, the course material appeared overwhelming, but she took her time to review each topic and often stopped to ask questions. Prior to diving into the material, she reviewed the requirements needed to sit for the PMP exam as well as a high-level view of the test's structure. Due to the content, I would have preferred this training to extend to five days instead of four days. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in sitting for the PMP exam.

I took the PMP course from Elvira, she is a great Facilitor but it is amazing the knowledge she has about the topic. She provides at any time practices and learnings in order to ensure all the subjects were covered.

Genuine and Capable

Elvira cares and does her best to make sure students understand the material, not just memorize the information long enough to pass the exam. If you pay attention to her lessons, there's a clear path to apply the material to your experiences--past and future.

I took Elvira's PMP Prep course. She was a wonderful instructor and made sure that we understood the material. She left time for questions and also shared diagrams and other resources that she had found online with us to supplement the materials which was very helpful. I took the class in March and recently emailed her to see if she had recommendations for study guides and she replied quickly. She really cares that her students pass the test.

I have attended ACP training. During this event got very holistic and insightful info about agile mindset and scrum specifically. Would strongly recommend “skills boost” for those, who are looking for fast and efficient way to get understanding about agile and pass the exam

Elvira is such a caring instructor. She carefully went through all of the material, ensuring we fully understood the concepts before moving on. It's clear that her students are important to her and she really wants them to not only pass the exam, but learn what they need to know to be successful in their careers.

Creative, meticulous and with great work experience in the project management, Elvira is a perfect trainer. This training is well organized and she explains tons of theoretical material in a schematic, clear way, with many examples from real experience and with a lot of passion for the topic! Highly recommended for preparing for the PMP exam!

Elvira is an outstanding instructor. I registered for her PMP boot camp course to broaden my professional management skills and could not have had a better training experience. Her depth of knowledge and exceptional presentation skills kept the class engaged throughout the course. She shared real work life experiences and asked questions during the sessions to ensure students stayed engaged. I registered for the PMP exam a week after completing her course and pass on the first attempt. I would highly recommended taking this course with her she is great!
