Will not recommend to any new international students who are looking for a good college to study. They keep changing the class schedule as per their convenience and doing so we can’t change our work schedule again and again. We don’t even learn that much we just come here sit all day do some assignments and watch some videos.

The Graduate Diploma in Management…

The Graduate Diploma in Management Learning course has been a positive journey as a student. The course combines theoretical insights with practical applications, making learning both engaging and rewarding. The trainer Antony Batterham is approachable and provides excellent guidance throughout the program. I've gained valuable skills and knowledge that has boosted my confidence and career prospects. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to excel in management.

Amazing two years ♥️

Had a great two years with the institute. I've met the best peers and an amazing instructor who helped us grow for the past two years-- Chef Abhishek Joshi. We are forever thankful. ♥️

PLEASE REMEMBER TO REPORT ANY COMPLAINTS TO THE OMBUDSMAN OR ASQA (Australian Skills Quilty Authority)

Skills Australia institute are not helpful to us as international students. You need to contact them almost daily, or else you will be left behind.

We were not informed that the system they are using, “Didasko,” will be shut down by January 2024, which will cause significant issues for students by noting being able to put in a second attempt on assessment.

There has been no proper communication, such as emails informing students about this change.

It had taken three months or for skills Australia to grade assessments. Even if you complete an assessment ahead of time, it will remain ungraded for months, and when it is finally marked, you do not get another chance to fix it.

The CEO was rude and unprofessional and student services had no plan to resolve Complaint other then to re-enroll in unit from the schools and teachers mistakes.

So let me ask?
What is the purpose of second attempts?
What is the purpose of due dates if they will take more than two months to mark the assessments?

We pay a substantial amount of money, but the service is not worth it. The education provided to us is not worth the $20,000 we pay.

During our kitchen class, we do not have good kitchen equipment or sufficient ingredients to use for cooking. As a result, we often have to use fewer ingredients or omit them entirely from our recipes.

Scamers, not teaching anything, taking money

this institution is still taking money from you and the teachers don't teach you anything, they just sit and send links to videos and self-study. You only go there because of the visa. If you are an Australian resident and have the right to go to TAFE, you have more than half the cost of education.

The facility does not even match the amount that we paid on our school. The school is just taking our money out and are not even taking action to what needs to be done. Some of the professors are being unprofessional on their job. We have assessments that was submitted months ago and they only checked it after we finished another unit. This is very unfortunate for students. I am not even surprised during my first week of classes it’s just that mostly of the professors are INCONSIDERATE for their students. Our families invested money for us to be able to get a qualification abroad & for us to have a better future but all I can say is that we have a really poor treatment on this specific school. We’d be spending whole day at school without a professor at the classroom because HE was on his “VACATION” other prof won’t even allow us to go home unless it’s 15mns of our dismissal time. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY TO ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL. IT’S NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.
