You can immedietly sell your skins and then buy another without having to wait 7-8 days.
You can also withdraw the money from the skin, but you gotta wait for the Trade protection timer.
Prices are cheap hovewer when you sell a skin its cheaper as well, so it doesn't really matter what site you chose to trade in for or buy a new skin.
