Monjaro results
I am on Monjaro and from start in October till now the results are showing amazingly.
The staff were caring and always helpful with the support and communication to the key. The prices are great as well.

Amazing care and service... Genuinely 1000% recommend.
Great communication and service from the outset (Zuhra) with clearly explained information covering all the necessary things/requirements including pre-treatment requirements, during tratement and post treatment information /guidelines.
This company demonstrates great patient care and their commitment re adhering to safety guidelines/ensuring the timely reviews and symptom checks.
I appreciate they hold a professional stance and do not compromise on patient safety.
I also appreciate there is no pressure/consistent calls etc and patients do not feel they have to continue buying from them-basically demonstrating they are not all about the money/business.
Overall, I would highly reccomend Skin and Shape in your journey with complete faith and confidence.
Providing the knowledge and service as it should be putting the care and safety at the forefront of what they do.
And I love that they also offer advice etc via the Q&As on Tiktok which is a bonus.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Email and telephone responses are incredibly fast, and Zuhra has been lovely to deal with - friendly, patient and happy to answer even the smallest questions.
I felt really daunted by the prospect of starting Mounjaro, but the support and reassurance I’ve received have been second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Skin and Shape.

First class service all round…
Having ended weight loss treatment elsewhere but wanting to go back to it to maintain I had a fantastic experience. They were very supportive and I had a personal call to ensure everything was correctly in place for me. All communication is first class, the delivery is really fast too. Costs are very reasonable. I’d highly recommend Skin and Shape.

Brilliant service and trusted company
The customer service from the team is brilliant. I feel fully supported. They give reccomendation and suggestions and even check in if any symptoms occur. The communication is quick and competent. They take all the fear out of treatment. Injections are delivery promptly and well packaged. Would highly recommend Skin and Shape.

Very good customer service
The attention they gave to detail when I first applied to join the programme. I was asked a lot of questions, supplied photos and had an online consultation with one of the pharmacists.
The service from the company is very good, all answers are answered immediately, if any problems there are people you can talk to.
The delivery of the order is quick and easy, you do have to fill in a questionnaire when you re-order to ensure you have no problems and are on the correct dosage.
I would certainly recommend Skin and Shape.
