Not like the SkinCare Rx I used to know
I went thru several iterations of wasting time, trying to apply different discount codes, to be told afterwards "that code won't work with your order as your products are on our exclusion list." That there is an exclusion list should be added to the on-screen discount message with a hyperlink so people don't waste their time. I also ended up in about a 20-minute chat with a chat rep, who said "I'm going to give you a $6.XX discount because of all your trouble." She asked for my order #. I said I did not order yet and would get it to her. She ended the chat.
SkinCare RX used to have knowledgeable, professional staff to interact with. They appear to have been bought out. I do not plan to buy from them again.

Uneventful order. Free gift was not available from Dermalogica which was disappointing. Would have liked an easier way to find more exactly what I wanted for a moisturizer for my daughter - a lot to sort through to find what would be best for her and no way to do it easily
