I was not able to filter products for more than one issue. Additionally, although the email sent to me gave me a 10% off code, I was told at check out that it did not apply to the item I was buying. On the email it looked like it would apply to all products

This review is about the order process using MSRP.
This review is about the order process. I think using an MSRP Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price on site is confusing. For most products, this price is rarely used. I was confused about the % off price that was from the MSRP.
I have not used product yet, but was disappointed about the actual discount off.

I made a purchase back in April and had…
I made a purchase back in April and had to return it due to receiving the wrong product. In May I was advised to provide them with my tracking number due to them not having record of ever receiving the product back. I provided them with the tracking number and have not heard anything since. I have reached out several times and can not get anyone to contact me back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I simply want my money back at this point.

Product in stock, good price, happy!!
It had been awhile since I ordered from SkinCareRx and I got an email noting 30 percent off, but it didn't work, but the 15 percent code worked and then I saw I had some rewards from a long time ago that I had forgotten about. It just so happened the product I needed was something I had been looking for, for awhile was in stock with them and I got a great deal, so I am an extremely happy camper.
