They brand themselves as an "online skincare clinic," but the experience is more like walking into a poorly stocked drugstore, where underpaid sales staff give you stern look for daring to ask a question.
After multiple issues (non-working offers, misleading campaigns), I gave them feedback directly, only to be met with deflection and zero action. Assortment went to shit as well. So, I stopped buying from them altogether. Now, two years later, they noticed—and trying to lure back lost customers with a €5 discount.
How generous. Truly. I’m overwhelmed.
There are far better skincare retailers out there - ones that don’t operate like a glorified bargain bin with attitude problems.

I received my item but needed to return it - I have since emailed the company three times asking for a returns address and have not had any reply. Very poor.
I have a skin condition, and I did an skin analysis some time ago; the brand I got recommend was amazing (plantheque) but now, they don't sell it anymore, and I went back to do a new skin analysis to find a new product, and it absolutely horrible analysis (now via kicks) , the page doesn't let me upload pictures, only take let me take a picture ( I don't wanna take a picture with makeup), it doesn't ask if I have skin condition ( like before they did ask), and the recommendations the analysis gave me was ALL the products I can't use, that produces rashes on my face. I was a faithful customer, but I think I will be in search of a new site to get my products. One of the reasons I liked, it was for the personalized service, and that they had provided amazing recommendations. But now is just a generic customer experience. Sad.

I’ve given this a 2 star purely because their customer service responded quite quickly. However, having purchased an Evolve product through them because Evolve themselves were out of stock, I was very surprised when the item arrived and had only a few months left until the expiry date stamped on it. I was informed it was because the product was natural, but this isn’t the case at all because all other products I have purchased direct from Evolve themselves have had expiry dates on them for at least 12 months. Clearly this item has been sitting in a warehouse for quite some time! I won’t purchase through Skincity again, only direct through Evolve themselves to ensure I receive a fresh product!

Im UK based and see some negative reviews from those outside of this area. Dont blame the company.Whoever is placing order in whatever country is responsible for reading and getting the costs right. I know this will apply to me as well if I purchase from Europe. So I simply dont!!
Skincity clearly have no understanding of how customs work when shipping outside of the UK - which is really crazy this long after Brexit.
I was incorrectly charged customs (18 eur charges on a 65 eur order!) when all items under 150 eur should be customs free. The customer service representative wouldn't listen to this fact and wouldn't investigate why DPD was incorrectly charging customs fees.
They were totally unwilling to help and deflected responsibility for the problem - telling me to reach out to DPD to cancel my order.
AVOID purchasing from them if you live outside UK.

I don’t buy frequently , but I’ve had a lovely experience every time I’ve ordered. Apart from having great prices and a fantastic range of products ; prompt and efficient in terms of order and delivery , the parcel always comes wrapped beautifully, with enchanting surprises and freebies, my daughters love the kokeshi dolls :) highly recommended.
Bought something for €16, had to pay €10.50 customs on it. Without warning. Don’t use this site outside of the UK clearly .

Wow! My first time shopping with SkinCity and I already want to place another order! Brilliant selection of products, really good prices, and so much thought and effort gone into the packaging of my order. Numerous freebies included which are greatly appreciated and all products are excellent. Delivery took around 3 days tracked with Evri, but this was free and you could also choose Royal Mail Tracked as a free alternative too. Will be ordering again very soon! :)

Initially the company demanded I contact the delivery company myself to get the product returned to them and only then would I get a refund. The charges were only declared after 4 requests to agree to pay the charges by delivery company dpd. It turned out to be over 30% of the entire cost of the order. I wouldn’t trust this company and their dishonesty would make me wonder about the validity of their products.

I ended up getting charged 40 euro import on a 90 euro product. Never again will I shop here. Way too expensive I could have got the product cheaper on any other site.
