I was a very active Skin.Club user, reached a high level, and spent a significant amount of money on this platform over a long period of time. That is exactly why this experience has been so disappointing.

I withdrew a skin worth around 3,000 SEK. Later, I used Steam Trade Reversal because I believed it would only reverse a different trade. I did not understand that it would permanently cause me to lose the skin I had withdrawn from Skin.Club. If I had known that, I would never have used this feature.

I contacted support several times, hoping they would review my case fairly or offer some form of goodwill solution because I had been such an active customer. Instead, I only received repeated explanations of their policy and, in the end, a final rejection with no attempt to help.

After spending so much money and supporting this platform for so long, this is how I was treated. Customer loyalty meant nothing when I needed assistance.

This experience completely destroyed my trust in Skin.Club. I will never use this platform again, and I cannot recommend it based on how my case was handled.

Also got scammed by then and revolute won't refund the money probably part of the company!! W_____s

I have just been the victim of a scam involving this company taking money from my bank account. Warning: have nothing to do with them. Do not give any bank details. I was selling something on eBay. I received a message purportedly from eBay saying a payment had been made for my goods but to receive it I should verify my bank details which I did. Two payments were withdrawn from my account going to skin.club. It was a scam.

I’m leaving this review as a warning to others.

I lost 250 EUR through skin.club after being redirected to a fraudulent link that appeared to be connected to Booking.com hosting/security. The message claimed I needed to complete a “mandatory data synchronization” to keep my account active. The link looked legitimate and professional.

After entering my details, my card was charged. I later discovered this was a phishing scam, and my bank confirmed it was an unauthorised transaction. Booking.com also confirmed that the message and link did not come from them.

Whether directly or through third parties, this experience shows how easily users can be misled, and how dangerous these environments are. The process was convincing, urgent, and clearly designed to trick people into thinking it was a real platform request.

I blocked my card immediately, but the money is likely gone because of how sophisticated the scam was.

⚠️ Be extremely careful. Never click links claiming “verification” or “sync”. Always log in directly.
I would not trust platforms connected to this experience again.

Subject: Avoid this site – Skins disappeared and support is useless

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience on Skin.Club. I attempted to withdraw 6 skins to my Steam account. During the transfer process, the skins simply disappeared. I never received the items, and they are no longer in my site inventory.

I have provided their support team with all the necessary proof, including transaction history and screenshots, but they claim they "cannot help." This is unacceptable. I have lost both my skins and their monetary value, and the platform is refusing to take responsibility for their own technical error.

Save your money and skins – do not use this site.

Dont recommend, its not a gambling site, it's just steal all your money when the owners are laughing in your face.

Bad site that doesn't allow you to change seed or see details on the "fair play" system

Can't cash out cause of the volatile market, so "your" winnings/inventory are not even real. You own nothing on this site, your inventory is fake and cannot be cashed out.
They also PROMISED we'd be able to cash out on x.com from their official x account.

Looking at these reviews are hilarious, they are obviously written by review bots and or AI.

Let you withdraw skins worth $200 less on the steam market.

Your skin you won on skinclub goes up $200, they wont let you withdraw it anymore.

"Real players" nope,when i do 50$ battle,i only see level 1 platine this type of bets...level 1? Playing this much of money?
And off course they cheat whith drop rate,the price of skin is not real and the mist problematic part.... this site completely illegal,they didn't have a valid licence,the owner is american but they are in cyper...remember me some other illegal site...
And off course,there "help assistance" is bot,and stop replying when you show proof of their problems or illegality

I have gambled alot in many different websites but this beats the scam meter the amount of fake live drops and money ive spend to prove to myself that it’s an casino which they call it “entertainment” is ridiculous because they need license for a gambling website they call it entertainment and 0 responders from the support teams saying all the bullshit every scam company says the youtubers who promote this website for some cash which they take from us, that’s the double scam thing marketing etc don’t go there just open cases at least you will have fun.

I was hacked through Etsy by someone using skin club. They somehow retrieved my details through Etsy messenger pretending to be a buyer. Do not use this website. Do not trust this website. Skin help and support was absolutely no help. They did not even give me my money back! Steer clear if you want to protect your money.

Im realy pissed off because they dont tell you that you can not withdraw cash you can just withdraw skins and there is no way to buy skins and today I wanted to just put 5€ ob to my account and they funking withdraw 25€ from my paypal yea thank you skinsclub for ripping me off and do not start to gamble on these sites even though sparkles and other youtubers and streamers that are making ads for this scam sites and remember the odds are rigged on those accounts from youtubers and streamers so if you see them win big do not expect to win you will just loose youre money

Skinclub is nothing but scam! When I played with lower money all was fair enough. However when engaging in higher money even without bots 8 out of 10 "users" you battle with are bots. Can check the profiles usually level 1 and everything private. Lost about 1k to to these rigged "battles"

They will tell you to deposit +10$ to keep opening daily cases which is free when you reach level 3 and so on
This is absolutely an absurd thing to do and only scammers do that
