74 male and disabled, I have no need or recollection of opening an account with a skin care company. Since last Friday I have sent over 20 emails and spent hours speaking on line to their 'HELP' online staff. All i get in reply is a promise to investigate and reply within 24 Hours ! Their website confirms I have no account with them. It seems they somehow obtained my details and then start deducting money from my bank account without my knowledge or authority to do so. I have not received any products from them, and do not want / need anything. Their system seems to be they deduct money from your bank account, give you some kind of online credits and gift cards and then give you a time limit to spend 'your' money from them... which sounds very dodgy to me I sent them a copy of Trading Standards highlighting the 30 day term in place to cancel on line activity and they refunded one payment of 45 Euros presumably the £39+ payment they deducted from me on 15th Aprll but nothing since.
The ongoing correspondence this week only brings the same email promise of a reply inside 24 Hours but i receive nothing from them ! Now contacting Police Action Fraud team and BBC Rogue traders group to investigate.

I was subscribed for this membership I know nothing of, was making a purchase for a promotion with clicks and it was going to be R37 and some cents which i ended upnot authorizing on my banking app. Next thing am receiving emails and being charged that R37+, R150+ and 2 separate R3s, mind you I have spoke to 2 advisors to cancel whatever this is but am still being charged and told I won't be refunded. I didn't even use that gift card they said I have of 13 euros, as am speaking am waiting for an email to skip the charges, which I was told i will get 30 minutes ago.
