Been meaning to write a review for years! I had some botox with Sarah a couple of weeks ago & am absolutely chuffed with the results. I’m such a fan that I having been getting the train from London to Deal to see Sarah for about a decade now. Completely trust Sarah and end up with such a natural look and a boost to my confidence. Consistently excellent customer service & results. I’ve been going to get treatments from Sarah and her team for over 5 years. Apart from their genuinely welcoming approach, I know I’m being looked after by professionals. The entire team have had the best training, the relaxing warm & friendly atmosphere is a happy bonus.

Beautiful environment, Sarah is dedicated in what she does, and gives the best advice for your needs. She always makes you feel at ease and welcome, wouldn’t go anywhere else!! 100% 5 star service!!

I have just finished a course of six Geneo super facials at Skinlab and I can honestly say that the facials are wonderful. My skin feels great and my skin looks very good. The facials are very relaxing and I will definitely look forward to returning for the maintenance monthly facials. Kirsty, Jenna and Vicky were all brilliant over the course of treatments I had.

I have just started using the Skin Lab after many years of travelling to Maidstone and London to an aesthetics specialist whom I trusted. I thought I would give the Skin Lab a try as I know lovely Kate on reception and she has a beautiful natural look. Sarah and Vicki are both so professional,friendly and welcoming. The environment is modern, stylish and very clean. I am happy that I took the plunge and saved myself a lot of time travelling for my Botox and Profhilo .

I've been to Skinlab twice now, for a Geneo and a Hydrafacial, as well as an initial consultation beforehand. The team are friendly, professional and very honest. I would highly recommend a visit, I came out after both facials looking and feeling great.

I had laser hair removal on my face and the results were amazing. I went to the first consultation feeling very nervous but Vicky was fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful each appointment I felt better each time. I've been going to the skin lab for a couple of years now, I only have 1 small treatment done but it makes a huge difference. Sarah is so professional but friendly too. I feel safe as shes not just a botox nurse with a few months training, she is a senior medically trained nurse prior to the Skin Lab with approx 20 years experience. Looking forward to my next appointment!!!!

I have been going to the Skin Lab for various treatments since it opened and the nurses there have always been extremely helpful, professional and most importantly honest about the results treatments are likely to achieve. I have recently had Profhilo which has really improved the laxity of my skin and given it a really smooth appearance. I would have no hesitation is recommending the Skin Lab.
