Scammed with the ‘free just pay postage’
So an ad I received for a shampoo bar and brush, claimed it was free and I’d just have to pay £4.90 postage. I was interested so went ahead, all the way through the purchase and entering card details the amount clearly stated £4.9, even the conformation at the end.
I then got my email, and checked my bank! I was charged £13.90 so an extra £9 than advertised! Ignore all emails and social media so I’m having to go chargeback route! Be aware of this scam

I really didn’t like the tanbooster. It’s a colored gel that damages clothes (my bikini and my son’s clothes were all dirty after the pool day). I didn’t notice any tan acceleration whatsoever. I would definitely not recommend, and I wish I could return the product.

Wife ordered some botox effect lotion, She ordered it via an offer and only had to pay post and packaging which was very cheap (less than £5) since it had to come from abroad and was tracked delivery. She received the item just over a week after ordering it and is very impressed with the product and delivery. Fabulous!

Arrived slightly after estimated date but I was able to track delivery. It was well worth the wait. Absolutely amazing product (Argirelox Botox Pure Shot) does exactly what it advertises and it was a free sample, just paid shipping! Have applied morning and night and the lines around eyes, forehead and laugh lines melted away. Love this product, hope there are more to try. I have not been asked to write this review or been paid to do so, in case you are wondering if it is legit. Try it!

Got my free sample and 2 other items I purchased today. Super fast shipping. I was surprised. Havent tried them yet but they came within 3 days from ordering :)

Waiting times on getting products is ridiculous, they don’t keep you informed and products take ages to arrive . I would not recommend.

I noticed a lot of comments on here where reviewers say they apparently spam people and its hard to stop the messages, so I asked quite a few times on their facebook page if this was being addressed and it kept on getting removed.
Bit shady and dodgy!

I had few products from them . Very happy. For them prices I'm amazed, like under eye lifting cream does job as described. You can feel skin getting like froze.. I would never expect something for this price.really happy would buy again definitely

Ordered on the 8th July. Estimated delivery the 14th July. Still not received my items and getting no response from email enquiries. ?? Either reply or refund

Bought several products for 140 euro, received a package by Fedex few days later, package so badly packed that everything was broken inside. I refused the parcel, took several photos and contacted Skinlabo immediately notifying them about the problem. I received a reply saying that they will replace my products and underlining several times that the new parcel will be sent at their charge, so I imagine I have to be really grateful for such a wonderful commercial gesture! The only problem is that its been a week and I havent received any replacement products and no-one replies to my mails. I have posted a comment on Facebook and Instagram and the comments have been deleted! AVOID buying their products!!!!!!!!!!!

Literally in the business of harassment. Constant emails and texts. Don't know how many times I need to unsubscribe

I bought this products on offer as I received one of them for free. Order arrived without any problems however one bottle was totally broken so I contacted customer service and they kindly replied that they will send me another and after about 2 weeks I received my new bottle. However when I tried one of their product (sebum regulating active cream) I was shocked how much perfume is in it. It smells like if you mix perfume and cream together. Texture is ok gel like but doesn't go well with my makeup. My makeup looked horrible didn't sit on my skin properly and was very patchy. The cream it self didn't make any difference on my skin. There is better products on the market with better results and much less perfume in them than Skinlabo.

This company continually sends me unwanted text messages
There is no way to block them, just delete, so they keep coming
I've emailed them to ask them to stop, but nothing back and still carry on sending unwanted texts
I've never purchased anything from this company so I dont know why I'm getting nonstop texts
SKINLABO JUST STOP WITH YOUR UNWANTED TEXT MESSAGES

An absolute nightmare!!!!!!!! Sending me constant messages for months with spam, even in the middle of the night! I never had anything to do with them but this doesn't stop them from harassing me by sending sms from many different numbers! Not possible to block them or make an official complaint!

They DON’T STOP TEXTING ME! I’m blocking every number and once a day I receive a text from them! I sent email to ask to cancel a service to which I never agreed!!! Stop it!!!

I have bought 3 lip products for plumped lips. Lip glossy balm, Super puffy Lips and Paparazzi effect lip plumper.
Super puffy Lips didn't make my lips plumped or nourished. Quite the opposite, my lips were very dry and tight. Not in a nice way.
The lip glossy balm, I had been using better, not as moisturising as the producent promises. Nothing special.The lip gloss... Stings horrible. Lips are not plumped at all. I wish I read more reviews and save my money.

I have ordered a number of products over the past 18 months including lip plump x3, mascara, intensive eye lift and anti-cellulite spray. Delivery cost quite high so I wait and order a few items at a time to make it worthwhile. Haven't had a bad product yet!!!
