The hats were nothing like the pictures. All smaller, different sizes and one broken from the seam.
I have now tried for over 3 months with their ”customer service” to return the hats and get a refund. I was told I had to send them back at my own expense (over 19€) and they would not give me phone number to include although the post requires it. I had to put my own not knowing how will effect the delivery. I received a notification over a month ago that the return is waiting for pick up and let them know asking to make sure they get it and process the refund. No answer. After asking again I got a message saying that they are looking into it and will get back. This was 2,5 weeks ago. I have asked 4 times after that now demanding my refund, but no answer. So I have now lost the money both for the scam products and the return cost.

The company shown on the bank statements after ordering is connected to various dropshipping scams where something of described quality or authenticity is ordered from one of their websites, but actually a Chinese cheap trinket is received. In my case nothing has been sent at all after 17 days. Canned presumed AI responses ensuring "delivery soon" are sent from customer service even when contacting at odd hours and night. An expensive lesson indeed.
