Customer service is brilliant, thank you Lottie.

Although my order (#2473050) was unfortunately not fulfilled, I wanted to leave positive feedback regarding the customer service I received from Amauche.

I had previously experienced issues with Skinnydip orders and refunds, so I was understandably quite anxious that I would again be left waiting weeks for a resolution. However, this time the issue was handled very differently.

Amauche contacted me promptly, acknowledged the issue, apologised, and ensured my refund was processed within a week. I really appreciated both the swift action taken and the clear communication throughout, as this had been lacking in my previous experiences.

Whilst it was disappointing that the order itself could not be fulfilled, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and support provided by Amauche, which restored some confidence in the service. Thank you again.

Delivery does not take 3-5 days, emailed them regarding location of my delivery as been given tracking number but been always on ‘we’re expecting it’, but no reply. Still waiting.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I ordered phone accessories and my phone beads were broken. I sent them a photograph which clearly showed the broken piece. They replied saying they can’t see the fault which is absolutely INSANE. Clearly need their eyes checked. I have now sent the photograph advertised and the broken item.

Literally refusing to refund me cause they can’t see a fault is really poor from them. Didn’t even bother to apologise.

Bought a great hoodie. Delivery was on time. My return (a different size) wasn’t refunded back so I contacted customer services and Amauche responded very quickly and resolved my issue.

I had not received my refund and Amauche from the Skinnydip Customer Service Team was amazing in assisting me with my refund.

I received my new phone case and when I opened the packaging I noticed a few marks, I was very disappointed. I emailed customer service and they got back to me very promptly. Amauche was on the ball at every stage. They offered me a few options and I settled on partial refund, which Amauche sorted out very quickly. I will definitely be ordering more phone cases from them in the future, their customer service is fantastic.

I absolutely cannot fault the customer service I received from Poppie. I ordered two sweatshirts in the same size and they fit differently. She went above and beyond to get this sorted quickly for me and was so friendly. Emails were always responded to quickly and within minutes of me showing that I’d returned the sweatshirt a new one was sent out for me at no extra cost to replace the issue. Not only this but the quality of the sweatshirts are so thick, warm and lovely. Would definitely purchase without hesitation again. Items come quickly in the post too and discounts are often available.

I have previously bought cases from here before and never had any issues. However this time I did encounter one but upon emailing the customer service team everything was resolved in an instance. I was offered a replacement for the product that was damaged and Poppie the customer service rep was amazing. She was nothing but a fantastic help, polite and dealt with everything with such professionalism.

Sidenote: the product quality here is usually great and I will definitely be coming back : )

I ordered two phonecases on March. It's been 3 months and the tracking number doesn't work anymore and have no answer or solutions. I asked for my money back but they tell me only when I receive the product I can ask for a return
Terrible experience

My first time ordering from Skinnydip and the two phone cases I ordered came faulty. One was completely misprinted and the other had a large scratch on it. I emailed customer service immediately and Poppie got back to me the next day and gave me a 25% refund for the case that was scratched as I had to keep it due to having no other cases. Poppie also immediately ordered a replacement for my misprinted case. She was friendly and professional and her help was much appreciated. Thanks, Poppie!

I will still be ordering from Skinnydip however as the cases are very good quality and help to protect my phone well! I'm also extremely pleased with the customer service that I received!

I returned 2 sweatshirts that were too big. After 10 days I contacted customer services to see where my refund was. Dani dealt with my case very quickly and effectively. I was refunded straight away.

I love skinny dip London cases, for the first time I was sent the wrong case by mistake. I contacted customer support about this and Amauche was assigned to my case. Amauche quickly investigated the issue and got the correct case sent out to me the same day.
